Tavex Bullion UK レビュー

The company staff are quite professional, ensuring they guide me towards the purchase and that I actually wanted their products. The staff who interviewed me after the purchase asked questions so that I was not being forced to buy their products

Have used them 4 times now first class all the time A+++++

This was my first experience ordering from Tavex and unfortunately an issue arose with my order which initially left me quite concerned. However, what really stood out was the way the matter was subsequently handled.

Sophie was absolutely excellent. From the moment she picked up my concerns, she was professional, understanding, reassuring and took the time to personally look into the matter and keep me informed. She genuinely made me feel that my concerns were being taken seriously and that the matter would be resolved properly.

Maryna was equally excellent when she subsequently took over the matter, acting promptly and bringing everything to a satisfactory resolution.
Problems can occasionally arise with any company, but for me the real measure of a business is how it responds when something does go wrong. Tavex ultimately handled my concerns extremely well, took ownership of the situation and ensured that it was resolved properly. The level of care, reassurance and customer service I received completely changed my impression of what had initially been a stressful experience.

I would now highly recommend Tavex to anyone looking to purchase precious metals or bullion. They have certainly earned themselves a repeat customer in me and, based on the way I have been treated throughout this matter, Tavex will now be my number one bullion company and my first choice for future purchases.

A huge thank you to Sophie and Maryna in particular for the way you handled everything. Five stars from me and thoroughly deserved.

Very good service, timely and professionally done.

Great quality product, easy to use website with loads of options to chose from even from 0.5 gm ! Delivery costs are much economical than others & delivery was spot on next day :) !!! Cost of the product too is competitive, will surely recommend & will buy from Tavex in future.

Great price and service

I like the little personal touch, the speed of replies, the patience for enquiries.

Poor currency exchange rates. Don't make the same mistake I did and check the exchange rate carefully before you buy. I trusted the positive reviews and assumed the rates would be competitive, but I couldn't have been more wrong.
I've never bought foreign currency anywhere that offered such an unfavourable rate. That was an expensive lesson for me. I won't be using this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.
