Tawel Pet Cremation レビュー 

When our beloved dog Ella died, we used the services of Tawel Pet Crematorium. Cathrin was so kind, compassionate and professional, it helped us through a difficult time.

Catrin went above and beyond, from our first contact. Her compassion and kindness made a very difficult situation much easier, for both myself and the children. She kept us updated, and arrived when promised. I would highly recommend Tawel, such a professional and caring service.
We have complete confidence our much loved bunny will be handled with care.

Jules, mine and my daughters cat of 19 years passed away on the 3rd February 2026. her passing has left a big gap in our lives. We are deeply grateful to Catrin for the care and compassion she showed both in her initially receiving Jules, and when she was collected a few days later. We love the wicker box in which her remains were placed and the thoughtful and compassionate manner with which Catrin dealt with us.
Jules is back home now, sleeping as always!!! We are so grateful to Catrin for looking after her on her final journey.

Tawel provided an excellent and sensitive service after the death of our dear cat, Madam. I can't praise Catrin enough for her communication throughout the process and her gentle and genuinely caring approach. I would recommend Tawel without hesitation to anyone experiencing the loss of their pet.

We lost Rudi, our, boy, to a short illness in December 25. A truly difficult time, when we had to say goodbye was made easier, by the compassion and understanding shown by Catrin of Tawel to Rudi and ouselves. Her professionalism made an awful day bearable. After my beloved dog died suddenly, I found Catrin at Tawel and it was an absolute blessing.
I was traumatised and lost, and her kindness, compassion and complete sincerely helped me find peace.
She looked after our girl poppy with such kindness, and nothing was too much trouble. I asked if I could bring her favourite ball for her to be cremated with, and if I could have some paw prints taken.
Catrin kept in touch every step of the way, and was so considerate to my grief.
Poppy had her ball, a photo of us and Catrin said some words I had asked for.
I choose a casket,and asked to know what time she was being cremated so I could light a candle.
When I went to pick poppy up, as well as the hand made engraved casket, I had a beautiful memory box, it was so thoughtful and beautiful.
The whole experience has helped me to come to terms with losing poppy, and why shouldn't our pets have the care and attention of a real funeral.
It's a beautiful service she provides, and I'm so glad we found her.

Losing our dog was a horrible experience but Catrin helped to make it bearable by helping us do the right thing for him. She was very supportive and helpful. The ashes were presented beautifully and we’re so glad we took up the option of paw prints. We are so glad this service exists and the care taken with our friend.

I can't thank Catrin at Tawel enough for the kindness and compassion she showed during such a difficult time. Saying goodbye to Lottie was incredibly hard, but her respectful and understanding approach made the process a little easier. Lottie was treated with the dignity she deserved and all at Tawel were so gentle with us as we said our final goodbye. The care and professionalism provided were truly comforting. I highly recommend Tawel to anyone in need of such services.

I can,t thank Catrin enough for the care and compassion she showed at this painful time. We were recommended to Tawel by a vet friend who had heard positive things. We did not realise we had such a wonderful facility in South Wales. The farm location is really stunning.
