Russell let me know from the beginning that Tax Help MD could resolve my tax issues. He worked with the IRS and myself and we have a working agreement to resolve the issue. Best organization I have ever worked with. Recommended.

My sincere and deepest gratitude to Dean Michael, C.E.O. Tax Doctor,8409 N.Military,Suite 109,Palm Beach Gardens,FL 33410, for getting me out of a mess that I thought was impossible. On October 6, 2009, a horrible work accident left me almost completely disabled.I had past tax problems going back many years, The fact that I could never work left me worried and wondering how was I ever going to take care of myself due to these past tax problems; but due to Dean's hard work and expertise, he cleaned it all up for me. I am now getting Workman's Comp for the rest of my life,Social Security Disability, and a settlement worth over 3 million dollars which covers all my medical expense, and the IRS can't touch it - thanks to Dean! I Thank God every day that Dean got me through my tax problem mess and saved me over a million dollars.

I contacted Dean Michael in 2019, after hearing him on the Truckers Network Radio Station, 700 AM. I knew my sister in Virginia needed a lot of help concerning her Federal and State income taxes. She told me she had tried a tax help place before and they wanted to charge her every month while they worked on her problems. She was smart enough not to fall for this, thank goodness. After I spoke to Dean Michael I just knew these guys were honest. I am a retired law enforcement officer and have a good sense about people. I told them about my sister, and they did everything they told me they would do, per our agreement. They completed 7 years of tax returns for her, the years 2012 through 2018, and mailed them to her. Now we are waiting for her to return them to Dean so he could continue his work for her by filing the returns, Of course we are still waiting since my sister fails to do what she is supposed to do most of the time. That is why she is in the situation she is in. Dean Michael and his company fulfilled everything that they promised me they would do. I am so VERY VERY satisfied with them and would recommend them to anyone who has tax problems. They deserve 10 stars.

I through the years have signed up and paid for help without receiving anymore help than I had on my own. I spoke to Russel and he reassured my about the process and I reluctantly signed up thinking another ripoff!! Ekatrina was my case manager and she worked a miracle. Ekatrina arranged with my revenue officer a repayment plan that was better than I hoped for. She was diligent in pursuing all avenues of expensing lifestyle costs in relation to my career as well as location I live in. I have known Dean for many years from the Steve Sommers ATN. He has helped many drivers and he has helped me twice. The first time he started me on a installment plan. And now he just got me information on my current situation and everything is going to be fine. I was worried about how much I still owe and if I was going to get back in trouble. There are too many good things to say about Tax Help MD, than will fit in this box. I have been extraordinarily blessed to get to work with them over the past two years. They were the first company to be able to pull me out of the 7 year hole that I had been stuck in. They stopped all of the threatening letters and bank garnishments, and then went above and beyond to help me prepare for next tax season. Possibly more significant though, is the fact that they accomplished all of that while treating me with the utmost respect and compassion. From the president of the company (who is literally a superhero) all the way through his staff, someone was always available and eager to help. They are life-changers!!!
