Horrible experience. Booked the meet and greet service for my elderly parents who were visiting Manchester airport for the first time.
1. No meet and greet whatsoever. The chauffeur kept on waiting in the parking and made my parents wait at the exit. When he arrived he kept on rushing them saying "I'll have to pay for parking".

2. Highly unprofessional chauffeur, extremely rude. Tried to scam my dad by saying you'll have to pay extra to me since you are late- although they weren't late.
3. Didn't help with the luggage at all and when he did on dropping them off, broke our completely new suitcase.
4. Disappointing customer service. Emailed them straight away about the horrible experience and for them to take action- no response( forwarded to relevant team- still waiting for that team after 10 days!)

My local town service is so much better! Never booking with them again- false claims of meet and greet!

Reply: It's even worse having a company not even admitting to their driver's mistakes. The website clearly mentions that the chauffeur will hold a name plate in the arrivals hall. He requested to wait at Starbucks in the arrivals hall but never made it there, no name plate! It was the driver who was abusive and rude to my parents, threatened to charge extra, mishandled our suitcase and broke it! I am glad, at least, someone responded here, since I have been waiting for an email reply for two weeks now!

I booked an executive transfer. They sent me an uber and charged me £20 more than the uber fee.

Came in today grabbed a black cab from outside. The driver drove too fast felt at risk. He went over speed limit. Had my grandson in.
Paid him he drove off with change. Went past our house all way down the street. While metre was running. I took cases from car went back for my change he sped off. Robbery.

Both pick up and collection were great, the cars were very clean and the drivers were great. On time (even a little early after monitoring our flight). I would highly recommend.
I have reduced this from 5 stars simply because of the lack of communication from the company before each pick up. I want to know that everything is in hand, that the driver is booked and confirmed 2-3 days before my booking. Not 6 _9 hours before, when I'm in another country with limited Internet access (or on a 23 hour trip back from Australia). This lack of communication was a let down for me. Everything did go exactly as I had booked, I just like knowing everything is in hand early.

just wanted to offer some positive feedback back for your driver Imran. He arrived a few minutes early and was really helpful and courteous, he dropped us at the airport and after he left we realised we was missing a case. I called him to ask if it was in the van but he said it wasn’t we then realised we had left it at home. We asked if he was free to take us back home which he did and got us back to the airport as well & in time so we could still make the flight.
He made what was and could’ve been a very traumatic experience a lot easier.

What a nightmare. Parked up and they Turned up and wanted more money. Refused to look at booking on email. Walked off as we refused to pay more. So we got annoyed and they wouldn't listen. Rang up and they just hung up on me repeatedly 3 times. Had no choice as we're late and couldn't get another place to park car. They swore at me and said I don't work for you. Had to beg and pay extra or miss my holiday. Terrified of what could happen to our car over the week.

Very clear communication from the outset. The driver, Amir was such a lovely and professional person who had made my entire journey felt less stressful. It is stressful as it is travelling with a 5mo but being picked up from door to door helped tremendously. He was super helpful with the suitcases as well.

Perfect service, Nadia our driver was really nice, if we travel again to Manchester for sure we will repeat!

Avoid, avoid avoid. Paid £109 for taxi transfer on January 5th, at 9
30am, for flight landing at 8.35am.Manchester airport was closed due to snow. Obviously our plane could not land and we were diverted to Gatwick.Company claim they dispatched a driver, and I was a no show, and didn't give them 12hrs notice of cancellation. I was in the air 12hours before, unaware of problems in Manchester. On landing i contacted company and was asked to pay again if i wanted to book a taxi home. Company advertises it tracks flights etc, obviously not or they would have been aware Manchester airport was closed. Ended up using an Uber taxi, much cheaper and much more reliable.

Excellent service. Cab came in in time. Helped with getting the luggage into the car. Drive was safe. Very positive feedback in terms of cost and quality of service.

Excellent communication from time of booking to pickup. Meet and greet at airport was a nice touch and removed any issues with trying to locate the taxi outside of the terminal building. Vehicle was spotlessly clean inside suggesting that this company takes pride in the service they offer. Journey was very comfortable and driving standard was high. Overall an excellent service at a fair price.

Travelled back from Manchester Airport to Sheffield over the Snake Pass around midnight on a Sunday night. Our journey has to be one of the most pleasant we’ve ever had. Our driver, Muhammad took my son’s nosebleed and travel sickness in his stride and we arrived home safely and relaxed. We will definitely be using this service again
