From the original dealings with Taylor Wilson Shutters to the installation they have been first class throughout the process. The dealings with the sales person(Dave) on options available, colours, pros and cons etc made the decision making process very easy. The quote was received quickly and we were notified of lead times for the shutters. The installation date was agreed and fitting completed on that date by Dave and Kev. The shutters have enhanced the rooms and we are very pleased with the quality of the finished product.

We recently had plantation shutters fitted and overall we’re really pleased with how they’ve turned out. They’ve completely changed the look of the room – it feels much more finished and pulled together now.

The quality is great, they feel really solid and well made, not flimsy at all. The fit is spot on too.

There was a delay with the installation, due shipping delays which was a bit frustrating at the time, but we were kept updated and once everything was ready the fitting itself was quick and straightforward with no mess left behind.

They’ve made a big difference in terms of both privacy and light control, which is exactly what we wanted.

Overall, despite the delay, we’re really happy with the end result and would recommend

We recently had window shutters fitted and couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality is absolutely beautiful — they’ve completely elevated the look and feel of the room, giving it a polished and timeless aesthetic.

The workmanship is clear to see in every detail, from the perfect fit to the smooth finish. It’s obvious a lot of care and skill went into the installation. Not only do they look fantastic, but they also feel sturdy and built to last.

Great quality shutters installed in three rooms. From start to finish the service was excellent from the team, taking time to go through the options at the start to very efficient, clean and tidy installation. They think of everything providing a couple of spare slats for each size of shutter, just in case.
The lead in time can feel quite lengthy but it's worth the wait.

Great experience from start to finish. We have had tier on tier shutters in our bay window installed by Taylor Wilson and we are really happy with them.
Customer service was very good. They came firstly to do a quick measurement and provided us with a quote, and then they came back to do a more accurate measurement once we were happy to go ahead. They were good at communicating and very polite and professional each time we saw them. The shutters have been installed to a very high standard and the finished look is exactly what we asked for. The service was very good value for money as well and I would definitely recommend Taylor Wilson to others.
