The return process takes too long that we had to email for a refund even though they had received the goods for a while (based on tracking info). They also deduct any shipping costs incurred in the original purchase. I would not recommend this company.

Very impressed with their customer service and support with the products we bought. Very happy thrilled wife.

Very happy with the items I recently purchased in the sale. Love that the company focus on recycling. And their customer service was fantastic.

This is my fifth purchase from this brand. I have bought several triangle scarves, and this is my first t shirt.
The t shirt is great quality, with an unusual pattern on the back ( bought the matching scarf too!) They were in the sale, and were tremendous value! Just love this stylish brand. Plenty of imitations, but they pale into insignificance!

Amazing. The first version of our product was stolen from the front porch and they sent a replacement immediately. My wife has snuggled under the blanket most days since. Thank you.

AI did well answering my concern. It took a bit of back and forth to get there but in the end I got a clear answer. I had mistakenly mistyped my email address at one point so ii wasn't getting order confirmations. Then I had to wait and see if it was correct. When the delivery came all was perfect

Honest and genuine company run by real people for people! Quality is superb and customer service is friendly. It was a bonus i was able to visit their shop down in Leith. Lovely selection of items. I purchased two XL blankets and cannot wait to gift them for Christmas. I’ll probably be back to buy myself one.

I’ve been buying from TBCo for years, I have the full set. Scarf, knee blankets, XL blanket. A staple in our home.

At first they may seem expensive, but they’re worth every penny. The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding, and the kind of product you buy once and keep for a lifetime—possibly even pass down. Highly recommend and will 100% continue to buy from TBCo.

I am tearing my hair out with this company! I ordered 3 items on Black Friday and because one of the 3 items wasn't in stock, they haven't shipped any of the items to me for over 3 weeks. Today is apparently the day that my package is due to be sent, but I have no notification of shipment...instead, I keep getting emails saying my package is "on its way" when it hasn't even left them yet. They also keep sending me emails for the wrong order. The AI customer service is beyond irritating. I just want my Christmas presents to arrive that I ordered last month!

I recently purchased a pyjama set from TBCo with the personalised embroidery service and honestly, it was by far my best on-line purchase experience. Shortly after placing my order, I realized I needed to change the size of the pyjamas. I reached out via email and I was pleasantly surprised by their quick response and willingness to assist. No problems made.

They were really supportive throughout the whole process. Even when the Royal Mail website was playing hard to get with my shipping info, they followed up and let me know when I could expect my delivery. Such great service!

When the pyjamas arrived, they did not disappoint, they were packaged in a lovely cotton bag with a matching, complimentary scrunchie. The quality is top-notch too—gorgeous stitching, soft material and the colours are perfect.

I can’t wait to gift these for Christmas. I’m sure the lucky person will love them! I’m already thinking about getting a pair for myself. Huge shoutout to TBCo! Their professionalism, responsiveness, and helpfulness truly set them apart. Thank you:)

I ordered the burgundy striped cotton robe (gorgeous); however I had to cancel my order. I contacted them and they were responsive, professional, and swift in their correspondence. What I liked best was that they followed up when they said they would. Cancellation was easy, and I was refunded quickly. I still want that robe, and when I am able I will feel good about who I am ordering from.

The hat was a gift and the recipient is very happy.
I was worried about the delivery but needn’t have been. Super helpful customer service. Would recommend
