They did not send the bible I ordered

They did not send the bible I ordered. After not hearing from them for several days, I asked for a refund to which they said they don't do refunds. Their website clearly states they will refund up to 90 days. After several more days I was charged another amount to my account. I did not order anything else. They do not answer their phone. 844-678-0610. This company is not a small family owned company. This company is a scam!

I couldn't log in

I couldn't log in. Said my user name and password were incorrect. Got code to reset my password and when i tried to submit, it just did nothing. I even tried with other emails and the same thing happened.
