Simply very easy purchase and delivery plus the item was as described

very quick delivery and I am very happy with my purchase.

I was very impressed with the speed and of delivery and high standard of customer service was able to track my item from day one until it was delivered great quality

Outstanding from start to finish.
The tracking code wouldn’t work and then I found out it won’t work until delivery is attempted which I find pretty pointless really but other than that all good 👍 :)

Barely any information about my delivery date. Was not being updated regularly. I had to email and call to find out for myself. It would be better if you could send updates about the delivery.

I paid extra for next day delivery and the product did not arrive until four days later. It was the Easter Weekend but there was no notification when I placed the order that the next day delivery offer would not be valid.

Good products at a good price able to make profits or if you want to use for personal use. Great site

Item arrived damaged, though not the supplier's fault. Although in a strong box, it had taken a bash while with Royal Mail that smashed an important part and made it unusable. Sent photos by email and was offered a new one posted right away. New one arrived today and although the box had similar damage, this time the item was okay.

The nail clippers we ordered for the dog arrived snapped in 2 pieces

This is an excellent company to deal with. We ordered 4 dining chairs on 26/02/2018 - and they arrived 28/02/2018 - well done. The items were well packed. I would definitely recommend them.
