If Carlsberg did Deal Packaging it would not come close to Sam Joy. I joined in May and have learned so much in such a short time. He even takes time to

speak to you when you call him. His zoom calls are another way of learning with him and the group. He is an Inspiration and it’s not costing the earth!!

I've been learning from Sam through The Deal Packaging Network for several months now, and I genuinely wouldn't be where I am without the guidance from this platform. The community Sam has built is genuinely brilliant, and he's so knowledgeable — it generally feels like having a mentor who's invested in your success, not just your subscription.

Compared to other mentors and platforms out there, so many just take your money and leave you to figure it out alone. Sam is the complete opposite — genuinely available to help and guide us whenever needed. I couldn't recommend the DPN highly enough to anyone serious about progressing in property sourcing.

I know Sam for more than a year now and I can only say that he is an incredible mentor. He takes time to answer all the questions you have, he is very knowledgeable. The deal packaging network is an amazing place for anyone who is looking to get into property, wants to be dealt with Sourcer and for someone to co source too.

To compare with other mentors and platforms, it seems as it's just about taking our money and leaving us in the middle of nowhere to figure it out for a lot of other platforms and mentors But with Sam it is the complete. He’s available to help and guid us if need be and that takes a lot of pressure off of learning and building our businesses.

I’ve been learning from Samuel Joy for several months now, and I genuinely love it. The learning process is easy, enjoyable, and very well organised. The training materials and videos on the Skool platform are structured in a clear and logical way, which really shows Sam’s professionalism and teaching skills.

Overall, Samuel Joy is an incredible guy!

He is approachable, knowledgeable, and a true professional in this field. It’s very easy to communicate with him — it feels like talking to a friend you’ve known for years, always friendly, smiling. His English is clear and easy to understand. For me, as a foreigner, English is my fourth language, so this is extremely important — and I’m sure many of his other students feel the same.

We also have live webinars with Sam several times a week, including group sessions on Monday and Wednesday mornings and evenings. We go through real-life cases, ask questions, discuss our challenges, and get practical advice. It’s absolutely brilliant!

I’m originally from Ukraine and have more than 20 years of experience in property and construction there. I built and sold properties, used different strategies, and learned from various mentors over the years. I also have a degree in construction and a degree in management, so I have plenty of experience to compare this with.

Honestly, if I had discovered Sam’s system at the beginning of my property journey, I would have avoided so many mistakes in my life!

When Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, I served for six months in a military battalion. Later, because of the crisis affecting my business back home, I came to Aberdeen to work. I’ve now been here for almost four years — and I’m very happy here, by the way! I’ve met some wonderful people. Thank you to everyone!

Unfortunately, because I still have long and very busy working days as employed in the construction company, I can’t yet put everything Sam teaches into practice as much as I would like. But I want to continue my membership in his school until I become completely independent, and I hope to stay part of Sam’s community for a long time.

The community that Sam has built is genuinely brilliant. He maps everything out for you so you have a clear path to follow. Everything is explained including different strategies, templates and scripts are provided, coaching calls and masterminds are in place for more in depth conversations around property and business topics. He’s unbelievably active within the community, always available to answer your questions.
