⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Experience – Highly Recommend!
I had such an amazing experience with TDR Bridal Birmingham and can’t recommend them enough!
From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel so welcome, relaxed, and excited. They really took the time to understand my vision for my September 2026 wedding, and nothing felt rushed or pressured at any point.
The selection of dresses is absolutely beautiful, with something for every style. My stylist was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the whole process. She made me feel confident, listened carefully to everything I liked, and helped me find a dress that I truly fell in love with.
What really stood out was how personal and special they made the experience—it wasn’t just about trying on dresses, it felt like a memorable part of my wedding journey.
I’m so grateful to the team for helping me find the perfect dress, and I’ll alwa ys remember how lovely the whole experience was.

Wow! My first time trying wedding dresses on, and my last! I came to TDR with no real expectations of finding anything, but from the moment I walked in, something shifted. My stylist was Rachael, and again…wow! She was absolutely amazing, listened to what I liked and didn’t like, pulled some amazing dresses for me to try, and I ended up finding the one. I didn’t for one minute feel pressured to buy, there was no hard sell, it was just perfect. Rachael was so knowledgeable and has made me feel so reassured. The shop itself is absolutely gorgeous, the dresses are fab and I’m so excited for my dress to arrive. Absolute five star experience and I’d recommend TDR to any brides looking for their dream dress.

From the moment I met her I knew I was in safe hands.
Della listened and understood what it was I was looking for. Della went through every step down to how to dresses are stored and everything was covered so I left feeling safe and confident when my dress was ready it would be safe up until I needed to collect it

TDR is an absolutely beautiful shop, I didn’t know until going that they had refurbished and it had such a luxury feel to it. I felt like such a vip for the most part of the experience, complimentary drinks a wide range of dresses to try which were all beautiful and I had a lovely, experienced member of staff to guide me through the process! All very positive, however I left feeling deflated and a bit embarrassed. This was my first experience trying on bridal dresses so when it was near ending I said I didn’t want to commit to anything that day and wanted to think about it. Unfortunately the vibe changed and I was met with I should know if it’s the one and when my partner proposed to me I didn’t hesitate I just ‘knew’ and this is the same kind of thing. I always had it in mind that I’d most likely try a few bridal shops to make sure I was 100% certain of what I’d like for my wedding day but I felt like I was a pain because I wasn’t committing to anything right there and then. I wouldn’t usually write a review unless it was positive, however the sales tactic of trying to turn me around into purchasing and spending almost £2k was just trying to make me feel bad which just didn’t sit right with me. The mood in the room completely changed and even my bridal party felt uncomfortable about it. I ended up purchasing one of the dresses I was torn between from elsewhere because I preferred to not return. If my uncertainty was understood and treated the correct way it would of been 5 out of 5 experience.

After a bad experience at another bridal shop I was very anxious about my appointment. But the team at TDR are fantastic…. From the phone call to walking through the doors I felt like I’d find my dress!. And I did !
Rachael listened to what I wanted and pulled out some amazing dresses , she knew exactly the direction I was going and was so helpful.
It felt a really personal experience and the setting allows a special moment with those you take with you.
I’d highly recommend TDR to any bride.

I purchased my dress from TDR and couldn't be happier.

When I first started dress shopping, id only been to one other and it wasn't the best experience. I came away feeling completely deflated, confidence in ruins and felt confused. I was a size 16/18 and was made to feel awful at the previous shop, there was only one plus sized dress on the premises!

TDR however made me feel so comfortable and confident! There was every dress available, no sizes mentioned! The stylist made me feel so comfortable. I couldn't stop laughing it was like being around a friend who you'd not seen for ages.

They kept the measurement date far away as I'd been loosing weight and I'm so glad they were able to accommodate that for me. I went from a size 16/18 to a size 12!

The onsite seamstress was fabulous and polite, she worked magic with my dress.

Honestly id recommend anyone to come here! They are friendly, good communicators (texts, emails and phone calls), reassuring and always have an attention to detail!

When I got my wedding dress I received a hook to get myself in (for the buttons), an eye mask and a mini sewing kit just incase.

I really can't fault them!

Love this store, make you feel like royalty from the moment you walk in, the range they have is amazing, and there’s zero pressure to buy there and then, they let you take the lead!
Lovely staff very accommodating! And they’ve just redone the whole shop it looks beautiful, and don’t get me started on the beautiful gift box they give you!

Going to TDR is more than just a bridal shop appointment, it's a journey, an experience!

I met Rebecca at a wedding fayre (Hagley Hall to be precise) early 2025, and knew from having a chat, that TDR was my kind of place. From my very first appointment I felt heard, understood, and celebrated!

The ladies truly do make every effort to ensure you feel fully supported in your bridal journey, from first appointment to your big day (and beyond with the platinum package!). So glad I chose them x

I had the most wonderful experience buying my wedding dress. From start to finish, the whole team were so lovely, patient, and genuinely helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. I kept going back to try my dress on with different shoes and jewellery, and every single time they made me feel completely welcome and never rushed.

A special mention to the seamstress, who was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the fittings and truly made me feel beautiful. Her attention to detail and care was incredible.

It was my very first wedding dress appointment and I was feeling nervous. From the moment we walked into the shop to the moment we left, the whole experience was so warm and calming. It completely eased my nerves.

The lovely Sophia looked after me and my guests so beautifully. She made the experience far better than I ever expected. You can really see that everyone in the store loves what they do. It shows in the way they treat you and in the whole atmosphere of the place.

I tried on a few dresses and started to feel a bit lost but Sophia gently guided me the whole way. She kept reminding me to stay true to myself and choose what felt right for me. Even though my guests loved a few different dresses, Sophia helped me choose the dress I had fallen in love with from the start. I ended up saying yes to my dream dress at my very first appointment.

I also shared with Sophia that I lost my mum 10 years ago, and that we are getting married in the same location where my parents got married and at the church where she is buried. She brought me a candle that said “For those who can’t be here today”, and that moment meant more to me than I can explain. It made the appointment incredibly special and is a memory I will cherish forever, especially as I had my dad with me that day.

If I could give one piece of advice, it would be to go in with an open mind and trust the team. They do this every day and truly know how to help you. Even if it is your first appointment, do not worry. One visit really can be enough to find your dream dress.

Was given a very personal service and was made to feel very special when choosing my dress. Service was excellent and it felt more like I was choosing my dress with a friend than someone that worked their and I cannot wait to go back when my dress arrives. Thank you so much TDR for helping xx

TDR was the first bridal shop in went to when wedding dress shopping.... and the last. That's how good they are. I had the mindset that I would visit a few shops and keep an open mind. I didn't need that as I had 100% trust that it was the shop i HAD to buy my dress from. My dress was chosen and purchased within 1.5 hours. They make you feel so special and they really know what they are doing. Giving you the biggest boost and making you feel so special. I have since had a friend also buy from there after recommending. I feel everyone bride should have this experience. And the best part about it, it doesn't stop after buying your dress, they take you through very step of the way, until you're ready to collect your dress and even after with their dry cleaning service. Absolutely unbelievable shop. They get credit and win awards and I can completely understand why. Get booked in ladies and I promise you will feel a million dollars, listened to, and valued as a customer.

We visited this bridal shop to find my mum’s wedding dress and had an appointment with Ellie. She was attentive, honest, caring, and a real credit to the company. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and she was very upfront about pricing, which we really appreciated. The shop itself was beautiful, classy, and very well maintained. We travelled up from Cardiff and would happily do so again. Highly recommend!

As an older bride everyone at TDR have been amazing and made me feel so special. I said YES to the dress with Leila there is so much choice and a fantastic portal to view before your appointment. I chose the first dress I tried on. Leila was very patient and celebrated with me my happiness at finding my dress. I have today been for My Try on of my actual dress with Della who again made it such a special experience as did all the ladies I saw there. Nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel totally at ease. The refurb is just beautiful. I would absolutely always recommend TDR for choice and the most beautiful experience you could dream of as a bride to be. Thank you.

Amazing experience!
As we entered we were greeted and presented with a little gift that encouraged photo taking! Marie then greeted me and my group and took us to our private area! Marie explained how it all worked and got us some drinks whilst I had a browse through the dresses in the shop!
Marie got my first 3 choices plus a few others that we spotted! I tried on my first 3 to break down what I liked and didn’t like and Marie helped find more dresses with my likes! I found a dress I loved and she added a veil and tiara to complete the ensemble! So I said yes to the dress!!
Theres heels if you want to try dresses with them or the poof to stand on!
Theres a wide variety of dress styles and budgets, it’s a wonderful experience that feels really personal!

We had to postpone our wedding due to illness in 2023. The day I informed our guests of the sad news a bouquet arrived from TDR almost on cue with their best wishes at such a difficult time.

The seamstress Denise resumed the alterations 2 years later and provided the perfect dress for our thanksgiving wedding December 2025.

We had a lovely day with our fitting for my daughter Emma the lady was lovely and as she was nervous put her at ease . She could take her time and she couldn’t of been more helpful in helping her decide and explained all the packages and what to expect can’t thank them enough
