Still don't have the goods!

I love the convenience of this product. the tastes are delicious. Speed of shipping is better than expected. Their specials are great too.

Great authentic flavors. Quality products.

I just got a sample kit of the Teabox tea from a quick delivery app. I have only tried the rose green tea but I have never tasted any green tea this good. I do taste a slight bitterness but it somehow is not off-putting. I definitely can say it is fresh. The tea bag has a very beautiful cloth bag but i could not find it anywhere that indicates if it is eco friendly or not. The thread gets completely wet even if the entire length isn't submerged.
All in all a very very good tea sipping experience.

After a troublesome start, where they didn't honour their offers, Teabox have delivered the best Earl Grey I've tasted. I couldn't recommend their tea more highly.

Delicious chai in the trial boxes. Worth the price. One star taken off as you get bombarded with newsletter emails - sometimes you get as many as three emails a day.

I purchased a sample pack and have used 4 samples till date. I didn’t find anything unique about the taste. It tastes like any other black tea such as Taj or 24 Mantra. I don’t see any point paying a premium for teabox tea.

My discovery of the Darjeeling Risheehat Spring Chinary Black was nothing short of a revelation. From the moment I opened the packet, the freshness of the leaves was unmistakable — a bright, delicate aroma that immediately hinted at something special.

After a quick rinse, the leaves released their full bouquet, instantly awakening my senses. This is the first time I’ve tasted a tea of such high quality — and I’m absolutely delighted.

I also want to commend Teabox’s customer service. Due to a stock shortage with my original order, the team recommended this tea as a replacement. It turned out to be a perfect choice, and I’m truly grateful for the suggestion.

Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful discovery and for your professionalism. This spring Darjeeling has earned a special place in my collection.

Ordered a chai sampler. It has been over two weeks after being promised 8-10 days. I wrote to Teabox and received the following response 3 days ago, "We truly apologise for this experience. This is definitely not what we had in mind for you. We are following up with our logistics team for an update and we'll get back to you with more information. Once again, apologies for this. We appreciate your patience as we look into this for you." Still no response. The "tracking" has not been updated since April 28.
I don't normally purchase tea for a premium price, but I thought I would give it a shot. HIGHLY disappointed. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and my card refunded. If I don't hear anything, I will call my credit card company.
UPDATE: Teabox responded to this review saying that the tea has been delivered. This is not true. The tracking has not been updated since 4/28. This order was placed on April 20. According to Teabox, delivery should take between 8-10. I live in Saudi Arabia and have gotten deliveries from China in 5 days. I have an email from Teabox promising me a refund if I did not receive my order within 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours and have not heard about a refund. I wish I could give this review zero stars because that is how much tea that I have received.

I was considering buying the tea for along time and I'm so glad I did. It's so fresh, the flavours are exceptional! I couldn't go back to drinking anything else now !

At first I was a little skeptical, but checked reviews etc and made the jump. The Tea is great. It took some time (which was expected), delivery was wrong (but corrected fast) and the tea is a little bit expensive, but to be expected for quality. Therefore 4 stars. (And a half if it was possible)
