Awakening some tea related family memories
I have been delighted to enjoy my Teabox tea and to use the excellent glass teacup with its very effective glass top which you kindly sent to me very well wrapped all the way from the Himalayas ! Thank you. Incidentally my late grandfather Badham Thornhill started his Denawaka tea estate in Ceylon now known as Sri Lanka near Adam’s Peak and Ratnapura just before WW1 and ran it successfully until 1941 when he died. His sons and my late uncles Peter & Raymond Thornhill continued to run the estate until it was compulsorily acquired by the Sri Lankan government in 1960. My brother Tim and I were delighted to visit the Denawaka tea estate back in 1980. We still remember receiving large wooden tea boxes from Denawaka at our home in Worcestershire until 1960 so I am now pleased to receive occasional shipments of excellent tea in smaller tea boxes all the way from your tea estate in the Himalayas as a reminder of happier times!

Delicious tea and fine customer service!
I've been a Teabox customer for years and love both their teas and their customer service folks! Even with the horrible tariffs and world chaos, Teabox has gotten me my tea, and with the last order I got 2 lovely chai samples! My favorite tea is the Assam Mangalam Good Summer Black, but the Assam Masala Chai sample is just delicious! I love the tippy tea with the delicate scent of really fresh tea, and I recommend Teabox to all tea drinkers!

White tea geranium-aromatic bath
Aromatic bath from white tea with geranium blossom.
Since I've always enjoy geranium as a herb, this white tea sparked my curiosity. I've ordered 3 boxes thinking to gift them and I'm glad I did because this blend is a journey on its own that must be shared!
The delicate taste and yet powerfull geranium aroma enveloping you in what you could imagine as an aromatic bath of the senses....
Yes, you will wish, you could bath in it for real!
Until then, I can and I must recommend this blend to everybody seeking a caressing journey for your senses ;)
When it comes to shipping and customer service, I've had no problems with those.

I could not wait for the package to arrive. I checked the door every other hour.
When it finally arrived, i rushed through the unboxing to confirm all what has been shared about teabox.
Oh my! I was overwhelmed with the best tea aroma I have ever experienced; I immediately brewed the classic earl l grey citrus black tea - this is 1701hrs😂

Great communication with Teabox when Royal Mail failed to leave a card informing that they had left the package in a safe place when I was not at home.
The product is delicious, fragrant and invigorating. Will definitely order again.

Had high hopes for this alas disappointing , month later still waiting for tea to arrive , which finally turned up , missed the occasion which it was ment for ,,,,, did get a refund after asking a few times ,,,, Need to use better delivery partners to UK ... cant say what the tea is like as dont drink tea was for a birthday present

I am totally happy with my new tea providers! As soon as I placed my order, I began getting emails with information about the tea, how to brew, and also keeping me in the loop about when it was shipped. My order came quickly, even with the global issues happening at this time. I highly recommend this company and the wonderful people who work there, from the growers, the pickers, the packagers, and the sales people.

My Tea arrived in a lovely box with enchanting small packets of tea.
My tea hadn't arrived in time ,i sent an email and they responded quickly and the tea was with me in 2 days. My tea arrived in a lovely box, with assorted packets of various teas. The teas are Fresh and flavoursome. I would recommend anyone to try them. It is delicious 😋. I would have liked to share some photos, but it doesn't allow.

Very happy regular customer
I have been a regular customer of Teabox for over 2 years now, and I still look forward to every cup. I drink black tea in the morning, green or white tea in the afternoon, and a herbal tea like hibiscus and lemongrass (my favourite) in the evening. The tea is fresh and flavourful, easily withstands two washes, and the variety available is wonderful.

Good info, no delivery problems, great communication.
I took delivery of my first trial box around 3 hours ago & am about to try my fourth sample. These teas are the best that I have tasted since sampling Indian teas in the basement restaurant of a Tokyo supermarket some 40 years ago.
Nuff said. Magnificent!
UPDATE - I bought another box! I feel I'm on a steep learning curve so want to keep the same teas so that I can concentrate on learning more about fewer. I am definitely converted!

Best products compare to other brands. It's unique products they provide. Chamolie tea is best , better than sleeping tablet. All body parts gets relaxation till clock rings.
Pl do keep same tempo in future.

Authentic Himalayan teas & chai. I feel as though I'm part of a collective.
I've just recieved my first box from Teabox, with the gorgeous FREE seidel glass mug with infuser and lid with the box of chia and 10 packets of tea including Himalayan Wine Black Tea which I can't wait yo try
My Afternoon Tea game has just had an upgrade.
It's beautifully packaged with lots of reminders of the hours of labour that have gone into the production and of course, those who benefit from and rely upon my purchase, there's even a small doll, a poem and photo representing the Himalayan workers which makes it so personal.
It's very charming and the team were checking how I like it - I emailed them a screenshot of the tracking showing it was still in transit to me - so they're very diligent and care about the process.
I'm very excited about trying these authentic tea's and chai's and I've no doubt I'll be learning how to steep the tea properly to get the benefits, so I will follow the guidance provided { I was a hot water over a rea bag kind of tea drinker, not any more}
I'd highly recommend Teabox to anyone who wants to try new, fresh and authentic products with real charm and heritage. . . I feel as though I'm part of the Tea Box international family, a real collective I'm proud to be part of.

Ordered the sample box with free mug and spoon - definitely worth the investment. Excellent selection of teas which I am working my way through - Earl Grey my favourite so far.
If you love tea then the starter pack with free mug is worth it

Disappointed
When I was in Darjeeling we were served the most amazing tasting tea, nothing like we have at home. We bought some in the local market, that came in a brown paper bag! When I saw the Teabox advert from Siliguri, I thought I must get that tea again. After spending what I usually spend in a year on tea, it finally arrived. What a disappointment! It is so weak and tasteless, nothing like tea from Darjeeling. What a waste of money. Never again!
