Ollie and Joe from Teach Rex know what they are doing on every level, from storytelling to engaging with the children, down to behaviour and clear expectations/routines. It was inspiring to see the way they connected so quickly with the children and their passion for what they do. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to any school. The perfect way to make learning meaningful and memorable.

The Teach Rex team are fabulous! The team were really helpful before the visit, helping us organise an exciting and busy day. We also received some dinosaur eggs before the visit. This was a great way to get the children excited before the visit.

Ollie and Tom came to visit our Year 1 pupils as a part of our topic this term, 'Dinosaur Planet'. The children were incredibly excited to meet the team. We had a fantastic day and the whole school have not stopped talking about it.

Ollie and Tom were incredibly inclusive, especially to our children with complex learning needs. The workshops were inclusive and accessible for every single pupil. They made every child feel safe around the dinosaurs. As teachers, we were worried that we might have a few tears when the dinosaurs came out..but, we did not! This was down to the team being so approachable and the children feeling safe around them.

We cannot wait to share the photos with our families. An excellent keepsake and memory for the children to take home.

What an amazing experience our pupils had.
Every single child enjoyed it so much, they were all engaged and learnt so much. The session included the children talking about verbs and Adjectives etc which was fantastic!

We started off the term with a visit from TeachRex and we couldn't have made a better decision! The team were amazing taking time to listen to the children and interacting with them. The experience itself is unmatched. As teachers, we are always thinking about how we can nurture a love of learning for our children...this is how. All of our children from F1 through to Year 6 were excited and engaged. Activities were pitched appropriately for different year groups and the quality of learning we have seen in the week following has been unbelievable. If you are thinking of booking this experience for your school, stop thinking and book it!

Teach Rex visited school as we launched our Dinosaur topic in EYFS. The staff were professional and engaging and the children were enthralled with the dinosaurs. The content of the workshop was pitched appropriately for the age of the children. Highly recommend.

We went to Teach Rex in Sunderland. Had no expectations but was absolutely bowled over by the event! It was brilliant: great content; funny and intelligent hosting; very interactive; enjoyable for parents and kids alike and, of course, the dinosaurs were amazing. Highly, highly recommended

This is the second time we have had Teach Rex into our school. They are brilliant to work with - flexible and helpful when planning and arranging the visit.

On the day, the team were really friendly, positive and energetic. Their assemblies and workshops are entertaining and informative and delivered with pace and energy. And obviously the dino's are brilliant. A great experience for our kids.

Chris Dyson, Deputy CEO of Create Partnership, and Professor Tim O’Brien, one of the Trustees, joined our esteemed Headteacher Tania Yasmin and Deputy Headteacher Chloe Williams to witness a spectacle that transcended mere education—a celebration of awe, curiosity, and the shared human spirit.

The centerpiece of this magnificent day was none other than Jam, an awe-inspiring 4-meter-high T Rex, who roared into the hearts of children from Reception to Year 6. Yet, it was not just the sheer size and realism of Jam that captivated the audience; it was the palpable passion and dedication of Sam Bryan, the event’s creator and enthusiastic compare, that truly brought the dinosaur to life. His every word, every gesture, painted a vivid tableau of prehistoric splendor, igniting sparks of wonder in the young eyes gazing up at him.

Teach Rex, co-founded by Sam Bryan is a movement. A movement that embodies the founders’ unwavering belief that education should be an electrifying journey, not a mundane chore. As practicing primary school teachers in the north-west, Sam and Joseph have seen firsthand the transformative power of spectacular learning opportunities, and they have poured their hearts into crafting experiences that leave indelible imprints on young minds.

The magic of the Teach Rex event at Greet Primary didn’t end with dinosaurs. It leaped into classrooms, infusing the hearts and pens of students who channeled their boundless excitement into creative writing. I personally reflected on the event with awe, noting how Teach Rex encapsulated the essence of community and shared educational vision. Professor Tim O’Brien echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the profound impact such experiences have on fostering a lifelong love of learning.

Headteacher Tania Yasmin and Deputy Headteacher Chloe Williams observed with pride and joy as their students were transported to a world where education transcended the ordinary. They saw firsthand the intrinsic value of experiential learning and the power it has to unite and uplift a community.

Sam Bryan’s passion was the lifeblood of the Teach Rex experience. Teach Rex visited our school at the beginning of September for the second time, this time bringing along Fito and other animals. The children (and staff!) were enthralled by them. The team are professional, friendly and patient. Thank you for giving our children such a wonderful experience!

Staff were very flexible and supportive of the varying needs in our Provision Class. They got down to their level and encouraged, but didn't push too much. Thank you

An amazing experience for our KS1 dinosaur launch. The children thoroughly enjoyed the morning and were all fully engaged and involved in the activities.
The staff are amazing with the children. Workshops are informative and fun for both children and staff. We loved it.

We had the best time!!!
So we went to the natural history museum with my two Dino mad nanny boys! The staff were amazing. Before the museum open they were out with the small Dinos talking to every child taking photos! Got the children hyped up ready for the show…
The show it’s self was great! They were coming around with little dinos again before the show, talking to everyone and photos.
The show started The facts they were giving were nice short and sweet for the young children to remember, got the adults and children involved on the stage.
The T rex (jam and hairy jam) were massive and come and met all the children.
The children then got to met jam and hairy jam after and they were nervous but they done it and the staff were great taking so many lovely photos.
We then had the staff on the door saying goodbye and thought it was a lovely little touch!
The boys said they would give it 11/5!!
The children haven’t stopped talking about it since! Asking where Jam is.

Wow… just wow. Such a great experience. My 6 and 3 year old loved it. An interactive experience for both the kids and parents/carers- with volunteers regularly pulled up to the stage. Lots of care and attention given by staff. My 3 year old got a little spooked by one of the dinosaur puppets and one of the staff repeatedly came over to check on him. Joe and his dad were amazing presenters and were fun to watch. We enjoyed learning facts about the T Rex. Lots of laughs and I would love to see it again

Amazingly interactive experience. Our kids loved every moment, educational and engaging. An absolute showstopper!

The children really enjoyed the session with the gorilla with some getting to touch it and play a game. The presenter had a good relationship with the audience controlling their excitement well. The green screen workshop was also good with the children and teachers getting to do some acting.

Teaxh Rex were fantastic - it was a thoroughly interactive experience with the gorilla animatronic puppet, combined with the ecological back story. The children actoss all year groups were gripped by the story and the show.

This is the second time we have had TeachRex into school and the quality of the experience for the children really is second to none. The team are always so professional and relatable for the children and have a wonderful ability to hold the children's attention and at the same time allow their imaginations to run wild. I cannot thank the team enough for the experiences they have given the children at my school. See you next year...
