Edited my previous post was very negative as truly believed I hadn’t received goods. I had but partner had put them to one side believing it was a birthday gift that wasn’t opened. Order on 24th received 3rd but was Christmas period Would be five stars but took a lot of messages to get tracking number and solved the missing delivery. I’ll be buying more just be aware that may take a week or more. I’ll edit this if I find improvement. There not a scam.

Update: received my order almost a week after ordering and paying for next day delivery. To be honest it was not worth the wait and there is something incredibly off with it. You get a high that lasts for roughly ten minutes and it tastes god awful. I have thrown it in the bin, do not buy from here. My regular place is called Kushte and they have much superior products, postage times and customer service.

Do not buy from here it is a scam. I ordered something on the 3/12 with next day delivery and I have received nothing, no tracking number, no responses to emails or to their chat bot. I have tried repeatedly since the 4th and the 5th to contact them.

I am now out of pocket and it has messed my weekend plans up. I will be following this up with my bank. There are many other decent places to buy the same products from. I would recommend that anyone steer clear off tealerlabs in all of its iterations. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed do not waste your time or money with these scumbags.

My only recompense is that I will dispute the payment as goods not received and they don’t respond to your emails.

Im a heavy weed smoker and this is perfect, I havent had any issues with delivery and the price is unbeatable I never have to see another dealer again lol love the service the only queries I have are about how I didnt receive my free sample in any of my packs and also just general questions like how quick they restock the gummies and what TH+ is/ does it have a psycho active effect? Other than that the company is elite, you dont receive the same pack designs as on the website, thats the only thing that would of been the cherry on top. Loving the high one love 🔥💜💚

I placed an order with Tealerlab UK and paid extra for 24-hour delivery service. Despite paying for the premium delivery, the item has not arrived within the promised timeframe, and I still have not received the package. When I contacted their customer service (or checked the tracking), I was told that the order was already "delivered". This is a false claim. I was at home/at the delivery address and have checked with neighbours, and the product was definitely not delivered.

For me this is a scam

Still have no tracking number for my order 14419 and it’s been 3 days since purchase says it been dispatched but no tracking number

Ok, I've still not received my order yet but have received an email finally saying that they will look into it and get the order resent out!!! Fingers crossed it will be as I am in pain and in need of my order to help with my pain. I'll let you know any further updates and will change from one star ( which should be no stars as I haven't actually got any order yet ) , if I get my order.

Since my first review this company has got better and better. I love Tealerlab Iv not since then had a bad delivery, orders are always correct and dispatch is rapid. And the products work so well for me particularly Lucky Charms and Power Kush, and today revived a free 3.5 Mogo Mango CBD which is actually way over 3.5! So thank you Tealerlab, You’ve helped me so much not just with my pain but a very difficult time right now 😘

Product is good but customer service is woefull , I ordered items on the 3rd and payed for 24hr tracking and it's now the 7th and still no order , I try contact them by there email and no response, the chat system on the site dose nothing and there is no uk number to ring to get things sorted feel like I have been done over for my £100

Everything was going well i kept buying until one of my orders said it was sent and now im still waiting I’ve got no Royal Mail tracking number I don’t get no reply’s from customer service so I would like a refund

Placed order in Friday 19th sept. Paid extra for 24hr tracked delivery.
Got an email the same day starting it was dispatched but providing no tracking number.
I've emailed twice asking for a tracking number but I've been ignored both times. It's now 5 days in and no sign of delivery.
100% would not recommend. I'm going to request a refund through my bank as these guys clearly aren't interested in helping.

Had confirmation email saying delivery sent 25th june. And nothing ever since. No response to emails what so ever. For a company that prides itself on great customer service it's failing on that massively. Still nothing from them at all, just loads of rubbish emails offering additional discounts and promotional offers. As if I'm going to place another order with these jokers. They take your money, don't send products and then trying to get a refund out of the non existent customer services is like getting blood from a stone. Good luck, if you buy from these clowns that are clearly ripping people off left right and centre. Will ammend if anything ever turns up!

I placed two orders. One on 9 June the other on 16 June. I have received absolutely nothing. No confirmation that the order has been posted, despite paying for 24 hour tracked delivery. I have attempted to contact them through their customer services, and through Facebook but have received no reply. Today I received a email saying they were closing their online site “ but will be back”. It’s a total scam. I’m seeking advice as to what I can do to get my money back. Do not order anything from this company they are crooks.

I didn't receive what I ordered, they sent another type and funny enough, on the little piece of paper it says Lemonade PopCorn - 38 or 28 I only received 5g, it wasn't what I ordered

(1st order ok) but 2nd time I ordered 2 items - but only received 1 completely different item. have emailed 3 X but received NO RESPONSE! I have now disputed this transaction with my credit card company and am now reviewing to warn others DO NOT USE

Customer service is so bad can’t even reply to when my order is dispatched or delivered. Paid for 24hr track and nothing no order details yet just a thank you for ordering and a link to a app that says they are packaging it but it’s been 4 days now and nothing, except a automated email saying they have great service, great products, great customer service.

Paid for 24hour tracked and had an email confirming order. Over a week later no email confirming dispatch, no product has arrived. Contacted customer service by email, no response. My experience similar to others here and those found when searching google/reddit etc; weeks late dispatch, no response from company etc. For a company allegedly selling a legal product, this is shady and frustrating behaviour which leaves customer anxious as to whether they'll receive their order. At this point feels effectively like I've been scammed/robbed. There are other companies selling similar products, don't bother with this one unless you're happy to wait weeks for an order which was paid 24 hour tracked, which may or may not turn up, and whose customer service doesn't exist.

Only sent half my order. Replied to my emails promising the rest of my order would be sent and three weeks laster my messages are being ignored. Don’t waste your money
