TEAMM8 fails on both fulfillment and customer service. My order shipped via UniUni, a carrier that marked the parcel "Out for delivery" on April 6 but never delivered it. I emailed TEAMM8 support that same day to report the missing package and request a resolution. Two days later, they have completely ignored my inquiry.

A retailer remains responsible for an order until it reaches the customer. TEAMM8 chose an unreliable shipping partner and now refuses to address the resulting delivery failure. I expect an immediate replacement or a full refund.

This shop and web site are well stocked with a wide variety of goods ideal for their clients mens under wear etc all at competitive prices can be ordered from the web site delivery very quick would recommend it to anyone after these products

Initially I was sceptical yet im happy to say that I was wrong, they arrived on time and in perfect condition. Going to leave it there.

Ordering on their website was easy, clear pictures of items I purchase, and they arrived very fast. And the fit is excellent.

i bought a pair of shorts which had no elastic. rubbish quality. and when i emailed them,got no response back at all so also couldnt return. used it for cleaning the floor.

I recently purchased quite a few pairs of the boxer briefs and have never experienced such poor quality. They have already started to bag and loose their shape after only three to four wears. They are nothing like the previous seasons boxer briefs which were great, but with this new material they now sag and loose their shape almost immediately. Very poor quality materials. I will be buying CIN2 or Calvin Klein when I shop next time, which will now need to be sooner rather than later. Very disappointed.

Well all I can say is that the flaunt and Glide thong-G string are so comfortable you don’t even realise you are wearing them and my Wife loves them when I wear them 💯

These products are of the highest quality and design todate. Im always 100% excited about them. Extremely good things!

My experience was great! The product arrived quickly, and it fits perfectly—true to size. I’m definitely ordering more and very pleased!

6 weeks and haven't received my order! I made an order that is well over $350 from them and still no sign of my order. They sent multiple emails explaining their delays to which I responded asking for a refund and they I never heard back from them. I sent a third email that they finally responded to saying that it was too late for a refund because the item is shipped and that they are waiting to hear from USPS that the parcel is declared lost to issue a refund. I sent them proof of my emails asking for a refund and also evidence that the package hasn't moved for 12 days and they're still claiming to wait to declare it lost and issue me a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service and I do NOT recommend ordering from them.

Generally good items, but a pair of shorts had a couple obvious loose threads at the front…I reported the fault and was asked to provide photos, 7 working days later after sending clear photos I haven’t heard anymore, no apology, no offer of a replacement or refund.

Terrible service. They told me the product was delivered but I never received it. They said they were unable to provide me a refund. If you are ordering from overseas please avoid.

Great clothing products for men. Unique style and look when you are wearing. Fit great and reasonable pricing.

I ordered during the black week discount in November. The package never arrived so I contacted teamm8 again one month later and they resent it.
Took another month until the order arrived (first order November, arrival end of January). When I picked it up I had to pay an additional 105€ for customs. The package had listed the original prices instead of the reduced ones so the custom fee was even higher and also included the gift brief that was added.

Purchased 3 Glide thongs. The thong design is great but the sizing is not accurate. I am a 34" waist and ordered Large based on the size chart. I could have ordered the Medium. The fit is a bit loose.

Teamm8 consistently provide an excellent customer experience. The website is super easy to browse and the order is fulfilled extremely quickly. I used the collect from the Burke Street sore and my undies where ready to collect no hassle next day

Just like the first time I ordered from this supplier everything ran very efficiently

I purchased 3 pairs on 7/11 - 2 unworn and unopened yet cannot be returned or exchanged is very disappointing, especially given Australian laws.
I purchased the Body Bamboo bikini brief which states on site runs true to size. In reality, they are about 3 sizes too small tbh. Misleading size guides.
But the real issue is the quality. For the pricepoint, I'm expecting decent manufacturing at the very least. These are actually worse quality than generic bargain basement priced underwear, the cuts are not symmetric, with up to a 1cm difference between sides. Elastic and seams are poorly sewn, with white elastic poking out random places on seams. Uncut loose threads still on garments. Even the logo not centred properly. Little details like the super low quality brand and care tag, give real insight into the actual quality of the goods and care taken in choosing quality manufacturing.
This and the generic resonses make me feel this brand truly does not care about customers one bit. Again, quite a shame for the pricepoint. I have found other comparable brands with top notch materials and quality manufacturing for a lesser pricepoint and with far superior customer service skills.
