The attention to detail and patience was outstanding and you feel she seeks perfection as when you’re sure the treatment is done she inspects, reviews and back in again for the final great look.

Do not trust this website or reviews. People listed on this website are paying to have their name there and not necessarily good SMP artists. My partner had his head botched from one of these smp clinics. Please check reviews. This is a big money making scheme!

They look like they’re showing quality businesses offering SMP, when the reality is that all of the businesses are PAYING to be listed on their website! Anyone who is willing to pay can be listed so you really have no idea if they’re any good. They don’t care about doing the right thing or client outcomes, just getting paid to advertise. Buyer beware! Don’t trust them just because they have a nice looking website and pay a ton to get ranked on Google.

In school, if you do an assignment or take a test but do it ALL wrong or turn it in late, are you going to get full credit for it? Should you? NO!

I will give you the short version:

They almost killed my business! After working with them for 8 months, my website was on page 8 for any search terms and I was getting maybe 1 call a month. I only got 2 clients from working with them for that long. When I first gave them the job, my site was on page 1. They were weeks late to get the site back up and made the most obvious and basic mistakes which I repeatedly asked to get fixed and couldn't. They later tried to tell me that I was being too picky about changes even though the changes I asked for should never have been done wrong in the first place as they were very basic things. Nothing even design related. Just correct spelling and information is all I asked for. For example, they had my email address wrong, misspelled basic words and miss labeled pictures. I kept getting excuses from them and gave them plenty of opportunities because I know SEO/SEM is a process, but I was seeing no progress at all. I was bounced around from one person to the next, assuring me that they would take care of my account and never did. It took me weeks to get any answers to emails. I was given 2 progress reports the entire 8 months which had very vague information on them. I tried to speak to the owner, Damien, multiple times and could never get a hold of him by phone or get him to answer an email, Facebook message or Instagram message. His employees even refused to connect me to him when I asked. I find this extremely telling and appalling. If he really believed his company was in the right he would have spoken to me.
When I finally decided to move on from them and asked them to at least refund me the weeks that they were late getting my site up I kept being told that the work was done so no refund, even though I have emails and emails of mistakes and backlog as proof.
All this being said, if I didn't have a very understanding investor, my business would have absolute died in those 8 months!
These guys may have been good when they first started but now they have taken on too many clients and other projects such as creating their own conference and have the wrong priorities. In fact, the entire time I was struggling to get answers and corrections made, I was being regularly called about joining and paying for the conference even though they knew they hadn't gotten me any clients. They no longer do quality work, nor they do follow good business practices.
I have never before written a bad review for any company and I have taken months to think about this but I truly feel like they're ineptitude and/or attitude towards it can and will cause businesses and peoples lifelines to fail so I had to do this. I am also aware of quite a few businesses, including SMP industry leaders, who are in the process and creating lawsuits against them. They are very good at talking in circles and BSing people. Plus, small businesses, which are their client base are afraid of Team Micro's influence in the industry and therefore do not fight back. Believe what you will but be very careful with these guys!!! If you do your proper due diligence you will find the truth about these guys. Be wary of these guys!
