I can't recommend it. There are many illogic things which make recruitment process more difficult for hiring managers (who are usually very busy)
They make the system more and more complicated :(
I started to work with it a year ago and at that time it was more or less ok. Then they've added many strange, unnecessary features and they continue doing it :(

Après avoir travaillé 7 ans en intérim, je réalise à quel point un outil comme Teamtailor aurait transformé mon quotidien. Si j’avais pu l’utiliser à l’époque, cela m’aurait clairement changé la vie.
Teamtailor est fiable, intuitif et extrêmement efficace. Il permet de centraliser toutes les candidatures, d’automatiser les tâches répétitives et d’améliorer considérablement le suivi candidat. Résultat : un gain de temps énorme et une meilleure qualité de recrutement.
L’interface est moderne et simple à prendre en main, et chaque fonctionnalité semble réellement pensée pour faciliter la vie des recruteurs et offrir une expérience candidat fluide et professionnelle.
Un autre point appréciable : le prix est tout à fait correct pour un outil aussi complet. On a vraiment le sentiment d’investir dans une solution qui apporte une forte valeur ajoutée sans exploser le budget.
En résumé : Teamtailor est un incontournable du recrutement moderne. Pour toute équipe qui souhaite optimiser ses process et gagner en efficacité, je le recommande sans hésitation.

I inherited a licence when joining a company as CTO. Team tailor has been universally deeply frustrating and annoying. Buggy, unreliable and limited in functionality. Support were friendly, but just not able to actually fix the problems.

Just moved to Ashby, all my grievances have been validated - Ashby is sensible software, TeamTailor is not.

Teamtailor has an excellent support team and offers a fairly wide range of functionalities. However, there are aspects that, as a recruitment specialist, I find completely confusing. For example, when posting a job both through their platform and publicly, candidates who fill out the public job application form are redirected to a confusing and completely redundant internal Teamtailor page. The worst part is that we cannot edit or customize this page ourselves — in other words, it cannot be changed in any way. I have never seen in similar systems that after a candidate applies to a job, the default message they see cannot be adjusted… It is unfortunate that in such fundamental aspects of the candidate experience, Teamtailor lacks flexibility.

Deleting candidates without prior consent and poor client service when complaining about it

As a National Recruitment Manager, I’ve worked with several ATS’s over the years, but Team Tailor stands out as the best platform I’ve ever used. It strikes the perfect balance between simplicity, functionality, and candidate experience - three things that are often hard to find in one place.

From day one, the platform felt intuitive and easy to navigate. The platform is ridiculously easy to use; I didn’t need to bribe IT or take a six-week course just to create content on our careers site. It’s clear that it was built with recruiters in mind. Whether it’s creating new job ads, managing candidate pipelines, or creating content or campaign pages, Team Tailor makes every part of the recruitment process smooth and efficient.

One of the standout features for me has been the analytics and reporting. The insights are not only easy to access but genuinely helpful in identifying what’s working and where we can improve. It supports better decision-making and allows us to keep refining our hiring strategy. What I appreciate most, though, is the ongoing support, having a dedicated Account Manager who’s always available—whether it’s for troubleshooting, brainstorming ideas, or simply sharing best practices—makes a huge difference (thank you Rebecca and Diana). It never feels like we’re just using a tool; it feels like we have a partner in our recruitment journey.

And of course, the candidate experience is second to none. The application process is seamless and professional, and we’ve received positive feedback from applicants about how easy and engaging it is to apply. That kind of first impression really matters.

In short, Team Tailor has transformed the way we hire, making our process more efficient, data-driven, and candidate-friendly. If you’re looking for an ATS that’s modern, reliable, and built to support great hiring, I can’t recommend it highly enough.
