They are highly professional, have a great deal of concern for their customers as well as high standards for their products, have a very clean and state of the art facility, and have reasonable prices.

I have been buying tea from them for about 14 years.

Teavivre continues to deliver outstanding tea and excellent customer service, making them a top choice for any tea enthusiast. Over the years, I’ve placed several orders with them—at least two or three each year—and they never fail to impress. From their beautifully curated selection to the rich flavors and aromas of each tea, every purchase feels like a new discovery. Their dedication to quality and their customers is evident in every step, from easy ordering to the careful packaging that ensures my tea arrives in perfect condition.

Recently, I tried their Oriental Beauty Oolong, which has now earned a spot in my top 5 teas. It's truly a hidden gem! Once again, I’m reminded why Teavivre is a staple in my tea cabinet. Their consistency, reasonable prices, and commitment to quality keep me coming back.

The tea was very good, capable of being resteeped 4-5 times and still tasting great!

I absolutely love TeaVivre! It has been my go to tea shop for I think over 5 years now and I love everything about them.

They have a huge variety of different tea types to choose from. Oolongs, pu-erhs, whites, blacks, greens, etc. and in each category you'll find even more options for your favourite tea type. One thing I love about their site is how clear the pricing is when scrolling through the teas. I'm low income and it is really helpful to see a clear price point by weight of the tea. I wish other sites showed their tea prices so clearly.

Within the past year or two they have also added a LOT of stunning teaware, tea storage, tea pets, and such. I almost want to list this as a con because it makes me want to buy out their whole shop! My friend gifted me a tea tray from them and a tea pet. The quality of the tray is fantastic and it is so pretty and easy to use and clean. The tea pet is adorable and beautifully made, I love him! The same friend has even more tea ware from them and recently got a three tiered cake storage and huge loose leaf tea caddy. Both are gorgeous! She also has the little sitting crocodile tea pet and he is the cutest little fella.

The tea pages also have a lot of information on the teas. Flavour profiles, scents, where they came from, steeping information, and more. They also have a lot of very nice customer reviews which can help inform your purchases. I've actually gotten tea that people have said they dislike because it had a more earthy flavour profile, which I love! Many people are very detailed in their reviews which can help you decide if you think you'll like the tea based on your own preferences.

They also have free shipping (at least in the US) for orders over a certain amount and usually have several sales throughout the year! TeaVivre also has really nice little bonuses for VIP members, like free samples, extra discounts, and the like.

Customer service is also so nice and responsive. I have actually had them reach out to me to make sure I have gotten packages, they have responded to questions of mine very quickly, and have always been so nice. When my local mail carrier lost some of my free VIP samples, TeaVivre was very attentive during the whole situation to check in with me and figure out a solution. Thank you to everyone there for being so great!

My packages always come in great condition and they pack things very well with a lot of care. They have a US warehouse and one in China, and I have found that they both arrive really quickly.

The only con I have is their website can be a bit slow.

I seriously recommend TeaVivre! They have so many teas. You can go there and get your long time favourites, or try something new. They have inexpensive teas for every day tea drinkers and those with a tighter budget as well as higher end teas for special occasions or those with more to spend. And, if you're looking for new teaware or just like torturing yourself looking at all the beautiful and adorable tea items like I do, they can help with that, too!

Good quality tea, fair prices, fast shipping, and good, responsive customer service. I made a mistake in the order and when reaching out to them they answered within a couple of hours, cancelling the order so that I could re-order correctly.

TeaVivre always ships quickly. They have THE best tea! I love their oolong, the green tea, jasmine tea. My newest favorite is their chamomile rose silver needle tea. The scent of the dried tea is heavenly and it tastes heavenly too. It’s delicate but flavorful.

Sealed packaging, good price from a sale, speedy delivery from both locations

The tea came in good packaging, it came quick, and it has been exciting to taste them all! The only complaint I could have would be that the website is difficult to navigate on mobile, and that has made it very hard to want to come back and order any more tea…as I can’t even see the “buy” button, etc. once the formatting is fixed, it would be a 10/10 experience!
