Order never arrived

Order never arrived. Customer service was contacted with no response so my daughter who saved for her tops wasted her money.

Kaufempfehlung!!

Danke das Sie aus dem Ausland das Tshirt mit genau dieser Aufschrift (von Stromberg) anbieten, da ich in Deutschland dies nirgends gefunden habe. Tshirt ist der Größe entsprechend. FÀllt nicht zu groß oder zu klein aus.

Not nice

Sweater looks like nicely worn and has stains on it. Not possible with a white sweater. Support has still not replied to me. If it stays like this, it will be my last order from this store!

Producto bueno, fecha de entrega tardía

El pedido llegó mucho más tarde de la fecha de entrega. Tuve problemas porque no sabía dónde estaba el paquete, ya que la única información que tenía era que había salido, y el número de rastreo no me mostraba el camino de mi paquete. Envíe mails pero recibi la respuesta luego de haber puesto la reseña en esta página (ya que solicitaron que califique la compra, la cual aún no había recibido), claramente porque no era una buena reseña. Soy consciente que las entregas no dependen muchas veces de la tienda pero por lo menos dar una respuesta y no tener que llegar a las instancias de la reseña.

Con respecto al producto, es un producto bueno y era como el diseño lo mostraba. Era lo que esperaba.

This company out did themselves

This company out did themselves. I contacted them about 10 days before Christmas about this sweatshirt. I had ordered from another site that closed last minute after my order. Tebubble communicated with me so quickly and was able to make me what my daughter wanted for Christmas. They said they’d do their best to get it to me for Christmas but couldn’t guarantee so close. It made it!! It was exactly what we wanted. Beautifully made and the costumer service was above and beyond!! 100% recommend!!
