Excellent customer service
Bought a Flexstand LED light from Tech For Music last week and the delivery was impressively quick. I ordered it on the morning of 11th Feb and it arrived the very next day.
There was a small manufacturing fault with the light stand, which obviously wasnât their fault and could happen with any product. I emailed them to let them know and they replied within an hour, then had the replacement part ordered the following day.
Really great customer service from start to finish. Iâll definitely be using Tech For Music again.
