Great instructors, great facility, great all around. Would recommend to anyone for IT training.

Our company wasted $1500 on a course for Office 365. The materials did not match the instructor's curriculum, and our employee could not finish the labs as a result. About 25% of what was promised was able to be completed. We gave them several opportunities to make it right, after several denials of reasonable consideration, we were told no. It is clear this company exists to bait and switch students. DO NOT book training with this company!

After daily phone calls to secure our order for a MCSA: BI Reporting On-Demand bundle (premium package) my direct contact left Tech Sherpas after processing payment, but before passing the account to anyone else for management. Once I found another contact person to set up access to course material, I found it to be several versions behind current BI software. I requested and was denied refund as Tech Sherpas stated they were not responsible for course content. After slogging through all of the course modules, I requested practice test access - only to be informed that there was not one for that course. I passed the exam for the first course, but only because I supplemented with EdX free training. I have requested access multiple times to the 2nd course material that we paid for in the bundle using all the contact names/email addresses I could find beginning Nov 2 and have yet to receive any response. At this point I just want either the rest of what we paid for or return of that money.

The customer service is not efficient or prompt. The support of the workflow is not consistent nor are the people attentive. There is no definite order to contact specific support staff in the case of specific situations such as missing course text, certification test taking, etc.....Guaranteed to Run is not as specified and will change to accommodate Tech Sherpas and not the student. The test engine is not always operational and the requirement to take 140 question practice test for each course before your test is setup is very over the top. The only thing experience that was remotely acceptable was the instructor and his handling of teaching the course but the skill pipe text wasn't always available to follow along.

I would highly recommend TechSherpas. Extremely knowledge instructor who was very dedicated with a passion for teaching.

TechSherpas has been great. All of the staff that I have dealt with so far has been friendly and helpful. They've made the training experience easy and flow well.

TechSherpas has been great I have had to change my sessions and there has never been an issue and I appreciate that flexibility.

The training I received at TechSherpas gave me the confidence to pass my certifications on the first try. Thank you.

TechSherpas is a great tool and provides excellent training opportunities. All their trainers are top notch and have done a great job in all the classes I have attended.

Training was great! resources were great! However, when I asked to receive my exam voucher and exam prep materials, there seems to be some dragging of the feet, and I am still waiting on them. My course was completed two weeks ago.

Do not feel I was properly prepared for the test. I studied and passed the practice tests getting above 900 15X in a row went in to take the MS test and failed due to questions on the test that did not appear on any of the reviewed practice tests.

TechSherpa delivers on it's promises and I was able to pass all classes I signed up for. The instructor Eric was awesome and kept the material interesting, keeping the class engaged. The labs were/are a great concept but some definiely needs some updating. Overall I would/and have recommended them to to my friends and colleagues. Great school house, and great staff. 5 stars all around.
