I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My order was not delivered to the correct location by the carrier. When I contacted customer support, they directed me to the postal service, which in turn referred me back to the company. Despite this, the company has refused to issue a refund.

Overall, the service was unprofessional and unreliable.

The customer service is TERRIBLE. Do not order from here. I have been trying to return an order of mine for almost two months and I haven't heard back from anyone once. I am fed up. I am out money because of this terrible company.

This place is clearly a scam and unfortunately they got me for the tune of a 100 dollars. Two pants ordered, first to arrive is completely different than the picture and a textbook cheap knockoff: barely even Halloween costume quality. The other is yet to be shipped and I've had no luck getting ahold of customer service to stop them shipping it. I'm trying -- most likely in vain -- to return the pants that have arrived, but I fear I'll simply have to eat the loss.

I should've done my due diligence and looked at these reviews before ordering, but I was impulsive and wanted to try out the techwear look ASAP. Live and learn!

Everything came good, took about 3 weeks

La verdad no me esperaba que me llegase vistas las reseñas pero me ha llegado todo bien la talla perfecta y correcto lo único que si no te gusta esperar pues mal si es un producto que quieres para una fecha especial pídelo con antelación para tema talla lo que llo hice fue decirle como quería que me fuera el pantalón basado en uno que ya tenía y me va cleen

I never received my order. Till this very day. I hope this company gets a shutdown. I’m beyond upset. They just took my money.

Ho acquistato due prodotti su questo sito cinese me ne è arrivato solo uno e di pessima manifattura di orribile materiale una vera schifezza fatto il reclamo ti consigliano di accettare un rimborso pari a zero dicendoti che le spese di reso sono a carico tuo e costano davvero tanto più del prodotto consiglio di non acquistare nessun prodotto e una truffa,si compra meglio su Temu perlomeno costa tre volte meno e hai più assistenza

Its been a year and a half and my shoes never came. The tracking shows that is was shipped but its a lie. This is a pure scam.

I fw these bottegas they are very good quality I thought it was going to be worse but it is just one thing off it took like 3 weeks to get here

My first couple of orders went through smoothly now that I've ordered a few more items I still haven't received them and it's been months

My first order with this company went smoothly—the pants arrived on time and were excellent quality. Because of that positive experience, I placed a second order on November 25 for three shirts totaling $128. As of December 16, the order has not shipped. I have contacted customer service four to five times and have received no response. I have also requested a refund with no reply. At this point, the lack of communication is very concerning and makes the company feel unreliable. Unfortunately, due to the complete absence of customer support, I cannot recommend ordering again.

Zero stars. Ordered, money came off credit card, no confirmation of order, no further communication. Avoid. Money retrieved via PayPal dispute

The first 2 orders i places here i did receive… i just placed my third order and now i am scared after reading the reviews 😩😩

I purchased jeans for my granddaughter back in August. They did not fit and on 9/8/2025 I informed Techwear X that I wanted to return them for a refund. I sent a second email a week later. Today is October 24, 2025, and I have yet to hear from them.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, ORDERED ON 8/4- NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! PAID ABOUT $400 FOR THE ORDER, NO ONE CONTACTS YOU BACK FROM THEIR "CONTACT" FORM- ITS RIDICULOUS WHAT A SHIT COMPANY THIS IS-NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL OR THEIR SATISFACTION! BECAUSE IF THEY DID, I WOULD EITHER HAVE ALL MY DAMN MONEY BACK OR MY ORDER THAT I PAID FOR OVER 2-1/2 MONTHS AGO!! THIS IS A SHIT SHOW OF A COMPANY!

Nicely made, good quality. Very affordable. I would say size up. I ordered my nephews normal size and they were too small but they fixed the problem immediately.

I ordered some shoes off of this app on July 18th I have yet to receive them and it is almost the end of August. I have contacted this exact company multiple times and still haven’t received my shoes.

Jeans looked NOTHING like they did in the picture. The pants are very poor material and very itchy. The logos that are supposed to be sewn onto the back are just horrible plastic/ rubber patch’s ironed on there.
