Well I got an error message on delivery. I cannot contact this company at all now. I think I can kiss goodbye to my money. Disgusting .

Awful company, sent crap item nothing like what I ordered. Avoid like the plague🤬🤬🤬

I purchased this watch a month ago and nothing has arrived yet. I contacted the support desk numerous time and the communication was borderline blaming me for being impatient. If updates were provided, there would be no need for me to contact. Lots of promises and even a small refund amount but to date no watch.
I was provided with a courrier tracking number a fortnight ago and no info is available.

I saw a product I wanted (air compressor), it wouldn’t give me shipping cost until I inputted payment info.
It then showed shipping and said thanks for your order.
And I think I’m being billed on US dollars although there is no indication.
The web site has NO CONTACT information.

Dodgy. Don't buy from these scamers. They advertise a quality branded product and send you sub-standard junk.

Avoid. It’s a scam. The products have no new technology because that technology does not exist

I placed an order, and within 10 minutes I cancelled it, having changed my mind.

I received an email confirming it had been cancelled and confirming the money would not be claimed from my bank.

Then I received an email confirming it had been sent. The money had been taken from my bank account.

I complained, a few emails were exchanged. The upshot is they won't refund the money, that they said they wouldn't take, until I return the item. I haven't received it yet after 10 days.

The company's return policy is that the customer pays the shipping to return the item. Also the company will also deduct the original shipping cost and a restocking fee.

This is for something that they had confirmed had been cancelled!!!

To be honest, under those conditions, I wouldn't get much back. And I would have nothing to show for the money I lose.

On top of that, I now very little trust in them that I would get anything back.

Really shabby customer service.
