Being hospital doctors......
As my wife and I are in the medical profession, we wanted a plastic free blender. So I saw Tecnora and was impressed.
Unfortunately had a faulty unit that was sent to me. These things happen. But what I was really impressed with was that they replaced it asap as soon as I let them know.
Great product and even better service.

Absolutely wonderful blender
I bought the Tecnora to grind grains like sorghum and millet and the blender did the job exceptionally. I am so impressed

Can’t blend grapes and bananas
Unfortunately the blender seems to have issues with soft fruits like bananas and grapes, and the company doesn’t accept returns. I’m stuck with this thing now, £119 straight in the bin.
Don’t waste your money. Buy a blender from a reputable company who take care of their customers when their product is not working as it should.

We’re sorry to hear that this was your experience, however we would like to clarify a few important points for transparency.
From your initial message, the performance described does not reflect the normal operation of the Tecnora Culinova. The blender has been extensively tested on ingredients such as bananas, grapes and significantly tougher blends, and this is also reflected in the experience of the vast majority of our customers.
We also note that the blender was used for approximately two weeks prior to this concern being raised.
In order to resolve this for you, we requested a short video to help diagnose the issue quickly — a standard step used to identify whether there may be a setup issue or a fault with the unit. Unfortunately, this was declined.
Despite this, we still offered:
• A replacement unit
• The option to return the blender for inspection, with a refund issued if a fault was found
These options were provided to ensure you would receive a product that performs exactly as intended.
As per standard policy and in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we are only able to accept returns of unused appliances or items returned in the same condition in which they were received. Where a product has been used, we are still fully committed to resolving any genuine faults through inspection, repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
We remain more than happy to resolve this for you and would still encourage you to get in touch so we can make this right.
Cool, sturdy and practical
Excellent customer service (big thanks for immediately replacing the first one because of a minor fault). Looks very cool, it’s sturdy and is great to I use and easily cleaned. A very happy customer.

Very disappointing
Not comparable with Nurtibullet, it doesn’t work as it says, difficult to clean properly, very disappointed!

This blender is by FAR the best blender I’ve ever had. It looks great and works even better. The steel base is so so much better than plastic ones, and it’s super powers grinding up pretty much anything you put it in. Highly recommend

The best blender in the market
The best blender in the market! I have been increasingly conscious about what I use to cook/blend/heat my food in - a stainless blender was the only missing piece of the puzzle in my kitchen. Great great product with value for money!

Incredibly powerful and built to last!
This blender is an absolute powerhouse. It handles everything I throw at it — nuts, frozen fruit, thick sauces — without even slowing down. I especially love the metal blending containers; they feel so solid, stay cool, and don’t stain or hold smells like plastic can.
It’s easy to clean, looks sleek on the counter, and you can tell it’s built with quality in mind.

I love it!
I love it! I do a lot of cooking at home, and need a blender which can stand up to not only being heavily used, but also that doesn't burn out on tough blends. The Tecnora fits the bill, and also looks sleek and subtle in the space, even though it's quite tall. Also love that it's dishwashable, too!

Great product, with fantastic features
Great customer service. The product itself has some great features, impressed with the smaller grinder jar that allows you make nut butters, spices and much more. The blender jug, I love in terms of the steel, since glass can be heavy and my son uses the blender regularly so this is great for him. The lid is tricky for him, he's 8 but I don't mind doing that until he figures it out. We use the product alot, from pasta sauce, lollies, milkshakes, soups.

Blend with confidence
This blender strikes a great balance between design and functionality. The colour range is appealing and the stainless steel containers are hygienic. I hope they can also look into making the covers non-plastic as well.
Equally impressive is the after-sales customer service. The support team is responsive, helpful, and ensures a smooth experience even after purchase, which adds significant value to the product.
