I have no problems with the product it is installed and working satisfactorily

My poor rating is due to Tecno Tools after accepting my order requested additional $40 for freight

We are in regional WA (3 hours south of Perth) and are aware of shipping costs Tecno Tools should have advised the total shipping costs at the time they accepted our order

Found the product I was after and the supply company, Tecno Tools, on Google. Easy online order process. Priced comparable to others. Allowing for the public holidays, prompt delivery to my front door. Maybe just a little more communication with purchaser on progress of handling order would be beneficial otherwise all good.

One star given as I emailed over 2 weeks ago about a query and have not heard back. Only an email for a review, which would be automatic. Looks like this could be a take your money and run company. Doesn’t care about customer service and retention. WILL NOT be using in future

When first order it and payed for it. they miscalculated the shipping and up having pay more.
Beside that everything was good.

Order placed on the 23 February as of now the item has not been delivered. This is despite the payment of $15.00 freight for a 2 to 4 day delivery. The freight company had the item due to for delivery on the 28th February, however according to the track details the item was "stuck" between Coffs Harbour and Taree (destination) from Thursday to Sunday with no explanation.
Now this morning 3rd March, tracking shows that the item is DELAYED in Melbourne, with no reason given.
Original tracking shows the item was picked up on the 25th Febrary and the tracking showed it traveled to Coffs Harbour where it stalled. Now it is supposed to be back in Melbourne ???.
I will never deal with this seller again and would suggest other customers carefully review this companies' s operating methods.

Will update the review when the goods arrive and the mystery delivery are sorted. I ordered on 10th Dec and item is still 'on the way'.
On a secondary note a different persons order was sent to my address and despite asking Tecno Tools for instructions, I have no idea what to do with this other persons item.

The business made a mistake with the shipping costs and wanted me to pay extra $50 to have it delivered.
Found the same item elsewhere for $30 cheaper and cheaper shipping. Never buy anything through Tecnotools.

Made an order, paid for it online, only to receive an email a few days later to say that they didn't charge enough frieght so that before they will send the item out I needed to pay another $40 before they would release the item.

I double checked and went through the order process again as they said the system under charged the freight yet every time I tried it always came out the same.

They then held my money and refused to send out the item unless i would continue to pay more and only when i threatened to go the the ombudsman did they finally refund me

Love the Product but would be better if a more reliable freight company was used as it took a while to deliver and still waiting on one box as it is lost at this stage.

Where is my item after 3 weeks?

Pump works OK with good pressure & stops when no water is at the inlet. But both inlet & outlet threads on pump are leaking even after removing the provided thin white tape & using 3 layers of the thick pink tape. The stainless steel end where the ports are, is thin & flexes when pump is running.

Tried to purchase something and apparently it was advertised wrong and you refunded the money.

Was a bit delayed on receiving any info on my order being shipped.. I emailed them to query and they responded straight away explaining the reason for delay and I received my order a few days afterwards.
