I received good service from Teddy


I received good service from Teddy Edward even though there was a postal workers strike at the time. The item arrived in suitable packaging. I absolutely love the slim hoodie. The fabric quality and finish is great, though I would say, if you are between sizes, to size up. Where else could you find a British manufactured garment made with British sourced fabric? Keep it coming, please!

I am new to Teddy Edward

I am new to Teddy Edward , but could not resist a shirt for my husband , greatly reduced. He is absolutely delighted with it , such excellent quality and made in GB 🇬🇧. I am now looking to order a polo shirt for myself.

Great (British) Jeans

Ordered on Friday (5th), delivered on Monday (8th). Lovely quality and perfect size. Personalised delivery note was a nice touch and great to buy British made clothes. Will definitely buy from Teddy Edward again.

Still awaiting delivery. Informed by Royal Mail parcel would be delivered two days ago- Still awaiting!!!!

Thank you for your order.
Your order was shipped on Wednesday 3rd August.
So you should have received your order on Friday.
According to Royal Mail it was still in the Nottingham DC on Thursday, tied up in the Royal Mail dispute. I am very sorry about this but it slightly out of our hands!
I will chase it tomorrow for you during office hours.
