Everyone that has purchased through this company, including myself, has had to wait an exceptionally long time for delivery, and when the product arrives, it is not as advertised, it is of low quality, the instructions are illegible and incomplete. There is also no correspondence with the company to rectify the situation. The refund process is very dubious, it will cost an exorbitant amount to return the item and then only after a fake inspection will you be offered part refund!!!!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

I ordered my bear on March 1st. All was fine. I waited a week for tracking. Once I got it, I tracked it on and off for about 2 weeks. Again, no issues. On March 20th, I saw it said out for delivery at "local pist office". It didn't say the name of the town/city. 1st red flag. 2nd was i NEVER had a USPS tracking number. With that in mind, i started to email them. A lady named Kayla replied. I asked if it was threw USPS, fedx, ups and she said she didnt know but wouod investigate. I waited 2 or 3 days and was told the tracking was updated amd it was waiting in transshipment, which i saw too. Gave it roughly 5 days to update. Well I noticed the transshipment DID NOT change. So again I emailed. Same girl replied. This time she said she was also tracking it and to give it time. I asked how long does it take to do this transshipment. She didnt really give a straight answer. I replied back (this is how I was emailing) with concerns as to the tracking and bouncing all over the place. Again, nothing much from her. On this past Thursday, tracking showed "delivered March 20th from local post office" and gave my city. City was correct but my address nor name was there. I was pretty mad so replied bck as where it was. The same lady asked me to check neighbors, blah blah. I told her it was not delivered and no one has it because it wasnt delivered via usps like she said. She asked me if my address was correct to the order which should have been HER verifying my address. It was correct.
She said shed ship a new 1 which I initially said yes to but changed my mind 30min later and demanded a full refund (I was given a 10% refund because it was past the 15 day delivery guarantee). No issues there at all. No questions, nothing. Just said ok and the regular refund stuff we all see. That was it. No apologies no really pushing the new item.
I got my refund but called USPS because its been nagging me.
I was told that JS tracking is HORRIBLE. To email them bck and push for a usps tracking number because there is NO way it was delivered by a pist office without 1, even tho it was refunded. He said is still my item and I rightfully can request it still.
Horrible customer service
I thought these things looked ugly, but my mother wanted them for her Motherâs Day gift, so I made an order. I got an email confirmation, but 3 hours after I made the order I received a Facebook ad saying that they had just released 100+ more styles. Go figure. I looked at the other styles and they were definitely more cute.
I checked my recent orders screen and nothing had been shipped yet. The past orders screen had no âcancel orderâ option, so I emailed customer service to explain I simply wanted to cancel the order to get one of their newer models. They replied back to me the next day at 10:03 am my time and said they would be routed to the appropriate team to handle my request. I then get a shipping notification email the next day, then a follow-up email from customer service another day later saying they canât cancel my order because it was already shipped.
On top of that, if I want to return the item, I have to pay for the return shipping myself. I guess Iâm stuck giving my mother an ugly Teddy blocks set, because there is no way Iâm spending another dime on anything to do with this company. Weâll see how long the product actually takes to arrive.

Not worth the frustration
One of the bears i am working on, Seal Bear, I am severely short of 3 colors now. Already I have swapped out colors & now due to that am running out of the color I swapped them out on. I have emailed about this, they tell me to continue & then send updated photos so they can try to figure out exactly how many of the colors to send me, but am I then supposed to take it apart? & start over?? This is not easy & has gone from exciting to extremely frustrating. I have 6 of these bears & am now unhappy with myself I went ahead to our have so many before assembling to see if it was even worth it.

The concept is a great idea
The concept is a great idea. There are some really cute designs but there are flaws to the design building. Once you master the instructions and how to read them, itâs a breeze to put them together. However the blocks do not stay together especially when there is any kind of weight added, like blocks on top of blocks. The head design on most is ridiculous, it keeps falling off and you have to figure out how and where to reattach it. If you touch the bottom, the legs, while working on the top the legs fall off and it is hard to reattach them in the exact spot they were originally. I even tried gorilla glue as someone recommended it still had parts fall off. I guess I will stick with Lego until someone can figure out how to keep pieces from falling off. I have built 6 and everyone had the same problems.
If you're on the fence between the 3,000 or the 3,600 I recommend the 3,600
I originally ordered a 3,600 piece bear with several minis. One thing to note is the minis are similar to the traditional block (no interlocking/sliding) just much smaller. Those were fun as a quick project. The 3,600 piece bear took some time (as it should) but went together with relative ease. The bear I got was the underwater bear which is primarily navy blue so sometimes it was hard to distinguish between pieces on the directions but it worked and I'm happy with it (bonus "stash" drawer in the belly-if this was in the description I missed it).
I then ordered several 3,000 piece bears assuming it would be all the same pieces and go just as smoothly. One, the pieces are slightly smaller than the larger bear. Two, I don't know if I got some from a defective batch or if the color lavender (the entire bear is lavender with the exception of it's nose) is defective all of the time but these did not snap together as easily as the bigger bear. I could get them to slide together relatively easily but getting them to snap on top of each other was more of a challenge than I think it should have been, sometimes requiring me to use a fingernail file to file them some so they would go together. I have completed the 3,000 piece bear but I believe it took me every bit as long as the 3,600 piece bear just due to having to file and use the hammer to get some pieces to go together (I only used the hammer on the bigger bear a couple times).
I did notice on both bears the heads aren't attached very well. I reinforced both of mine but even still they are a little precarious due to the top heavy nature of the head.
All in all I recommend them but I will say the 3,000 piece bear had me pretty frustrated at times and has me not wanting to open the rest of the bears I ordered.

Received today, all 3 bears. Took just short of 2 weeks to arrive. I panicked a bit with reading reviews after purchase but had full tracking. 1 box was a little squished but no damage to product. Can't wait get stuck in. Will get more after these
Great customer service
I was so excited to receive my Teddy Blocks but the package was cut or torn open and I was missing almost a complete bag of blocks. I sent an email to customer service and got a response the same day. I had just asked for the missing pieces to be replaced. They ended up sending me a whole set. Customer service kept me informed the whole time. I havenât put them together yet, doing that with niece and nephews on spring break. Just wanted to say great customer service. I took off one star because the packaging could be better.

Order well in advance and anticipate delays
I placed an order on 11/25/2025 for 5 different bears, each one being of 3600 pieces. The order confirmation came in on 11/26/2026 along with 2 different tracking numbers/codes which takes you to "17 Track" for updated tracking information. The initial shipping location is Shanghai, then to Ontario CA 91761. One of the codes stopped moving on 12/21/2025 and the other code appeared to have never begun moving.
On January 1st, 2026, I sent my initial communication via the website and received an automated email replay almost immediately which states to give them 24-48 hours to reply. I did receive a reply from Kayla within the timeframe to which she offered to re-ship the entire order if I would confirm my address to ensure that they had the correct information. I provided the information.
On January 2, 2026, she returned an email stating updated the address and sent an urgent request in to the warehouse team and would update me with the new information as soon as possible. Another 12 days passed without an update, so I reached out to her again. She sends a 2nd requested to find out where the product was at and why it had not been sent.
On January 22nd, 2026, I followed up with Kayla and was beyond frustrated at that point and came off that way in my email to her. It took her 2 days to replay with offering a full refund but gracefully suggesting that I continue to wait to receive the packages due to the amount of time we had already committed to waiting.
Today is February 13th, 2026, and the package finally arrived at our home in Illinois. The packing was a heavy-duty bubble wrap which did not hold up well and caused some minor damages to the black boxes inside. We are not aware of any missing pieces and will not be for quite some time since these were supposed to be gifts for our children at Christmas. They will now be used for Christmas 2026.

This company is a joke. I placed an order, was charged immediately, and then⊠nothing. The product never showed up. The tracking number they provided was useless and never updated, which makes it pretty clear the item was never actually shipped in the first place.
I reached out to customer service multiple times asking for either the product I paid for or a refund. What did I get? Generic copy-and-paste responses, delays, and then silence. No resolution. No accountability. And no refund â even after weeks of waiting.
Taking someoneâs money, failing to deliver the product, and then refusing to refund them is unacceptable. This isnât just bad customer service â it feels intentionally deceptive. After looking around, I can see Iâm far from the only person this has happened to.
Do yourself a favor and do NOT order from TeddyBlocks. If you value your money, your time, or your sanity, stay far away.

Bought one for my partner for Xmas , item took so long to get here didnât arrive until the new year 32 days after the order . So kept until January has its her birthday, item opened blocks donât fit together, instructions look nothing like what we have downloaded. Took weeks to arrive, poor communication. Came in a squashed black box with poor instructions would never buy from them again. My advice to you is stay clear. The cheaper version is so much easier to put together, comes in better boxes with brilliant instructions.
Teddy Blocks excellent service
I donât understand why people are leaving bad comments about Teddy Blocks. I made a purchase of three Teddyâs and was promised delivery in time for Christmas but as we got near to Christmas I kept checking my delivery status on line and it had left the factory and delivered to the customs at the airport in China but never moved for days. I made contact with a lady at Teddy Blocks called Kayla who was very apologetic and promised to look into it, she did and promised me she had emailed the customs and put a priority mark on the package being released for departure to leave China and continue on itâs destination to the uk, Kayla asked me to keep in touch and if it never made it in time for Christmas she would sort out compensation. Well the parcel arrived on the 27th December so I made contact with Kayla again and she gave me a 20% refund I agreed and it was paid into my bank account within 3 days wow I was so gobsmaked what a fantastic service excellent I will be using Teddy Blocks again in the future and I recommend Teddy Blocks to everyone

I placed my order on Black Friday of 2025 for my order to say it was guaranteed to be here by Christmas yet it is January 2026 now and I still havenât received a single item and I ordered five of them when I contacted the company they said it got lost in the mail and they were gonna send a new one out and still havenât heard anything back besides if I cancel my payback with my bank, they claim they will now give me a refund after not sending a single package.
