So easy to use. Product is absolutely amazing and even better in person. Was kept up to date with all steps including postage steps. Will definitely be using this company again and highly recommend to everyone

I got two cats for my stepdaughters for Christmas with their dad on two different photos so will wrap them in Christmas paper and put them in a Christmas bag so I will not know which one they will get.
I have a rainbow teddy which sat on the chair next to me at his funeral and it now sits on my husband bedside table with his ashes and when we decided what we wanted to do with the ashes they will stay where they are.

I bought a owl in memory of my mum and dad. This was made with love for my beautiful granddaughter who will always know her Great Nannie and Grandad are here with her to guide her through her life. This memory will always be so special to cherish xx

I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I ordered a memorial bear for a young child during an incredibly difficult and sensitive time. Not only did the business fail to provide the item I had paid for, but they also completely ignored every attempt I made to contact them via email, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.

After exhausting every possible avenue to resolve the matter directly, I was left with no alternative but to request a chargeback through my bank to recover my money.

I have now received notification that the business is disputing my chargeback claim, which I find absolutely appalling given the circumstances.

This was not just an ordinary purchase. It was a memorial item intended to bring comfort to a child during a very difficult time. The lack of communication, failure to fulfil the order and subsequent dispute over my refund have been incredibly disappointing.

I believe customers deserve honesty, communication and basic respect, particularly when ordering something so personal and meaningful. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I hope the business takes responsibility for this situation and resolves it appropriately. Based on my experience, I would advise others to think carefully before placing an order.

I ordered a new born teddy for my grandson. The great thing is that the teddy’s tummy and paws are used to inscribe the details you want.
The teddy itself is lovely quality.

I am blown away by these teddys! We recently lost my grandad which has been super tough so I got one for my mum and her smile says it all… I then got one for my aunty and it’s just as perfect. Now my sister wants one because of how cute they are but forever feel like you have them close. So easy to order, come on time and never damaged! The photos on the bear were so insanely good honestly the teddy dog i got my mom for her birthday with her partner on made her entire day, she lost him 2 years ago and always wanted something like it. Shes told everyone about it and has her good luck charm, amazing gift

Shocking customer service!

Received email saying dispatched last Thursday, tracking with royal mail tpday shows still awaiting your parcel!!

No response on social media or to numerous emails I have sent!

Do not recommend!!!!

I am a childminder & this was a parting gift to one of my mindees. I chose a photograph of us with the year printed on the orange utan’s foot. I love it & so does she & takes it to bed every night 🥰 The process of ordering was easy & pretty straightforward. It just took a little longer than I expected but it arrived in the nick of time which is all that matters! Thank you for your great service!
