Ordered June 13. NO product! So far, only automated replies. Now NO replies. They have my money, but I have NO product.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Worst company ever! BUYER beware. They say they ship items when they haven't even processed them. The "don't worry you can cancel" is a load of crap since they will back out of it due to the Covid-19 and there's no way you can get a refund. What a way to use an excuse! The expedited fee is meant to do exactly that and not process the order over 45 days later. How this company can have such a high rating is beyond me with such blatant disregard for their customers and the money they extort from them. DON'T fall into the same trap and shop elsewhere!!!!!

I ordered a t-shirt for my wife on June 11th, and because her birthday was the 22nd I paid the extra $3.99 for express processing. I got an update email that my order was processed and shipped with an estimated delivery of June 23-25, so no big deal a couple of days late. As soon as I tried to track the shipment I discovered there was no data. Asked them to confirm, no response,
then finally told them to cancel the order if it hadn't shipped by the 24th, so two weeks after ordering. Well on July 12th I finally got the "hurray" email saying the shirt had finally shipped, shipping confirmation, and estimated delivery date on July 20th, so a month late, almost 6 weeks in total, extra fee to rush the order, and even after instructed to cancel the unshipped order, too bad, their cancellation policy is our problem! Buyer beware! Really feel that this is fraudulent. They'll take your order and your money, whenever you get it, you get it.

Lack of product - I ordered on June 3,2020 and I am still waiting for my shirts. I have emailed several times just to receive an automated response every time. I tried calling just to get a recording say to email. I'm out almost $68 and nothing to show for it. If I could do zero stars I would.

I just love the story of the girl who loves elephants and dogs. I am she. Never thought I’d find a tee shirt that nails me. I don’t even wear tee shirts but I had to have this cute thing. I hoped the cotton would be a heftier type. But as I won’t be wearing it to dress up events, it’s really fine. Thanks for the cleverness of your “copy.” I hope you need not stoop to using vulgar words in your future pieces.

Love the print and sizing was perfect. Will consider purchasing others if I see something that looks like my personality.

I purchased 2 of the hooded sweatshirts for gifts and they were loved by the recipients. The print and material quality are excellent. I will definitely purchase from here again and reccomend to others.

It’s almost perfect! However, I think they can improve the quality of the fabric. Is not bad at all, but I could be better!

The quality of the product itself is awesome, the material is super soft AND the print looks AMAZING❤ Shipping took about a week and a half for me wbich really isn't bad! ordered a unicorn hoodie for my daughter and it is awesome! The imaging was done extremely well and the the shirt color is not bleeding thru. Shipping was very fast, I am a very satisfied customer will be doing business again!!
