I am writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with TeeCube Solutions Ltd. I purchased their Enterprise Package in April 2024, trusting their "100% Money Back Guarantee if the store is not profitable after six months."

Here's what went wrong:

Unfulfilled Guarantees: My store never achieved profitability, even within the promised six-month timeframe.

Lack of Communication: TeeCube Solutions Ltd. offered a vague plan to suddenly transition from Instagram shop to TikTok Shop without any prior discussion or explanation. They provided no clear roadmap or timeline for this transition, leaving me feeling blindsided.

Stalled Marketing Efforts: Social media posting abruptly stopped, leaving my store with no online presence.

Unresponsive Customer Service: My emails requesting clarification and a refund were met with delays and excuses.

Missing Services: Not all the services promised in the original Shopify Enterprise Package were delivered.

Sold Lies and a Dream: TeeCube Solutions Ltd. sold me a dream of a profitable store, but their lack of communication, stalled efforts, and broken promises left me with nothing but disappointment.

No Action on Agreed Plan: I sent a detailed plan of action over a month ago, requesting specific steps to improve store performance. TeeCube Solutions Ltd. ignored this plan and refused to take any action, ultimately refusing to provide the promised refund.

TeeCube Solutions Ltd. failed to deliver on their promises. They wasted my time and money with a lack of transparency and ineffective strategies.

Do yourself a favor and avoid TeeCube Solutions Ltd!

There are many other marketing companies out there that prioritize client communication and deliver actual results.
