Muy mala experiencia, les compre una camiseta, con pago adelantado de prenda y envió,pues jamas me llegó, tampoco me respondieron, perdí mi dinero 90 mil pesos Colombianos y solo dijeron que el tiempo de reclamación ya había pasado, asi evadieron responsabilidad, entiendo que uno dentro del envió paga un seguro, ni con lo del seguro me colaboraron, ojo no se confien de esta empresa les puede pasar lo mismo y perder su dinero, muy mal con las entregas demorados y si se pierde salen con la excusa de que el tiempo de reclamación ya pasó. No los recomiendo para nada, antes espero si alguien le pasó algo similar a mi caso por favor nos unamos y hagamos una voz de protesta de esta empresa que se aprovecha del servicio y de la buena fé de los clientes que pagan por adelantado, me parece que son unos estafadores y ladrones aprovechados.

Shirt quality is just ok .. graphics below average.. it’s 2018.. should be laser sharp and crisp.. returning phone case due to this issue..

Pessima empresa

We ordered a family load of items due to November birthdays', the quality of the shirts is OK, I've had worse, the printing looks decent - but the sizing of the long sleeve items -***horrendous***, they are not at all sized for lean, or tall people - 2 of 3 in our family are considered completely average in terms of lean build and height, I am 2 inches taller than normal 6'2 with standard sleeve length for my height - I order an XL to cover sleeve length and just have to live with sweatshirt type clothing generally being too big around the body - the sleeves are way too short and will shrink further on mine, my sons and my wifes sweatshirts. When I contacted teegud they initially told me no refund but will send me replacement product - why?, I escalated and asked them to consider a refund-they asked me to send pictures, we did - they replied again offering replacement. the 'friction' to get a refund on incorrect sized product is terrible. we'll keep and throw these out. My commitment was to ensure 90 days of social media reviews to let everyone know A.) their sizing for normal length and tall cannot be gained, and B.) their customer service SUCKS and c.) they don't keep their word for refund on sizes that don't fit. There can not be much worse in online retail than the online retailer that doesn't provide this flexibility - complete WASTE OF MONEY.

Bought the shirt in August and didn’t wear it seeing it was March men. I opened it up and washed it. Tried it on. The armpit is nyot stitched and hole in armpit. How to return it?
