Do not buy anything from the company they are a Chinese con company they owe me £ 80 for goods that were nothing like what I ordered can’t send them back as they will
Not answer my questions or emails they have multiple sites they use to rip us off scandalous TikTok allows this to happen

DO NOT ORDER THE POP-UP FLOWER CARDS IT IS A SCAM. They do not look like the advertised pictures and did not come with the card to put them in so I was left with just pop-up flowers with no card to put them in!

Absolutely awful, stay away and don’t buy anything from there. They false advertise items and you don’t recieve what you think. Sending an email to support on there website is awful. Sent probably 10 emails now and all I get back is we have sent an email please review. Not forthcoming with refunds!

Even when you have them paid, you get email stating “ Your Order Is Still Unpaid” and this goes on forever, item never arrives. Scam

The items are fake, poorly packaged that it leaked. One item the pipette is broke. False advertisement, said The original, it isnt. Save your money

If I could I would give it 0 stars! Sadly I ordered too fast .. usually I first look the company up on Google..there was my fault..I purchased dr.melaxin cream.. which is advertised as original..but when I got it says on it BARBUT calcium power cream..it's not Dr. Melaxin..and all of the reviews are FAKE! When I tried to leave a review on their site..you can't even! I've never seen a company where there's no option to write a review! SO ITS SCAM! Don't buy from this so called company. I also won't send it back coz it's from China..soooo it's gonna cost more the shipping back than the actual product 😆

Ich bin ein gutmütiger Mensch. Was hier allerdings gemacht wird, finde ich sehr ärgerlich.
Habe 2 Sets von Herrenkombi in Größe M bestellt. Eine passt prima und das andere ist VIEL zu klein. Geht absolut nicht.
Da ja 30 Tage Rückgabe möglich ist, habe ich an die angegebene Adresse eine Mail geschickt und diese ist als „Mail delivery failed“ 2 mal wieder gekommen. Jetzt sitze ich hier mit einem schönen Set und eins für ein 12 jährigen.

Fraudulent advertising in product description and return policies. Product not size advertised and not weighted like advertised. When asked about return they said it would be at my cost and the cost was high but maybe I could give it away and they would give me 20% discount. As if !! Don’t ever buy here

The product that was advertised was not even close to what was delivered!!!!
Customer support seemed to be quite good. I had the wrong delivery address, they were quick to change it. I reached out about the advertised product and what I received, I was told they could offer me 20% off my next purchase. My cost to ship it back wouldn’t be worth it!! As if I would shop here again!! Out Right False Advertising!!! Buyers beware

Ich habe Ware bestellt, sie haben mir nicht gepasst. zurückschicken ist nicht bei der Firma möglich. Die antworten nicht!!ich empfiehlt hier NICHTS zu bestellen!!!!!Ich musste bezahlen für ware die mir nicht gepasst haben

Ich habe eine Jacke bestellt, aber stattdessen zwei mit unterschiedlichen Preisen bekommen. Unglaublich. Leider passt mir die Jacke überhaupt nicht. Möchte Retour zurück senden. Telefonisch ist die Firma ebenfalls nicht erreichbar. Ich habe es mehrmals versucht, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Paypal kann in diesem Fall leider nichts tun. Es ist nicht empfehlenswert, eine Bestellung aufzugeben.

ich hätte hier erst nachlesen sollen, tja, dumm gelaufen. Habe dort Schuhe bestellt mit "30Tage 100% Geld zurück Garantie"; die Schuhe passen nicht und sind sehr hart, ich möchte sie zurückschicken, nach 2 Wochen kommt ne Antwortmail, dass ich ein zweites Paar in einer anderen Größe bekommen kann, möchte ich nicht, hinterher passen die auch nicht, möchte die Schuhe einfach nur zurückschicken!!! Meine Mails kommen jetzt alle zurück- nicht zustellbar - selbst Paypal konnte nichts machen :-(
Also passt auf, diese " Geld-zurück-Garantie" scheint nicht zutrefflich zu sein. Letztendlich meldet sich aus dem Shop dann niemand mehr..

Absoluter Scam!!!! Ich habe das Dr. Melaxin Peelshot Duo bestellt und habe ein Fake Produkt bekommen. Auf der Webseite wird noch extra vor Fake Produkten gewarnt und gezeigt wie man sie erkennt und dann liefern sie selber ein Fake!!! NICHT BESTELLEN!!!!
