Can highly recommend Christmas afternoon tea, all home made, it was like being at a party! Really good value for money

The staff were friendly and made us welcome for our Festive afternoon tea. At £15 per head it was great value and we even received a little box to taken stuff home. Afternoon teas can be booked 24 hours in advance and well worth it. A great way to support your local hospice and it has the bonus of on-site fee parking

Went to the Hospice Northgate café yesterday for a Festive Afternoon Tea.
The food was delicious, as always, and plentiful. In fact everyone took a box of food home with them!
The tables were beautifully decorated, Christmas music was playing in the background and the staff were their usual attentive selves.
Even better that the money raised goes towards keeping the hospice running!

We had the Christmas afternoon tea today and were really impressed. The table looked lovely and the ambiance was warm and relaxed. The service was exceptional, all our needs were anticipated and nothing was too much trouble. Finally the food was great and plentiful, the piece du resistant was a starter of mini Yorkshire pudding stuffed with roast beef accompanied by a stuffing ball sausage and gravy. An unexpected treat.
It was all great value for money but more than that one of the best afternoon teas that I’ve had

Had lunch there yesterday with our granddaughters. The food was delicious with generous portions. The ladies serving were friendly and very helpful.
Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful and first class team room, food and especially the cakes and scones are absolutely amazing, the staff are fantastic and very friendly and are a good laugh, on a Friday Ian and Linda make me laugh keep up the good work 👏
