I am ultra annoyed that I was led to…

I am ultra annoyed that I was led to believe I could buy a Stihl MS170 chainsaw online for $259.99. An excellent deal, right? Wrong! For some bizzarre reason, the saw cannot be shipped to me out her in BC (free shippping was promised). I entered all of my confidential info, pressed 'complete order', and NADA. Did a 'contact us' to find out that it's a bait and switch scam. Too good to be true. Was told I was free to come in to the store and pick up the saw. That might be OK if it wasn't a TWENTY TWO HOUR DRIVE!! Don't waste your time.

I am disappointed in what my experience…

I am disappointed in what my experience has been! I bought a mitre saw stand which i have paid for but as the employees have told me was sent to another guy before me and our now out of stock. I have called three times this week to find out what Tegs was going to do for me where i was suppose to get a response by today! If you guys are unable to make things right then either credit my purchase or attempt to make me a satisfied customer by means i already suggested to the manager at the Rymal Rd location. Again this is not the type of service i would expect from an organization such as Tegs!

I was very happy with my product

I was very happy with my product. I was honestly disappointed about be put on back order. But I wasn’t that long of a wait after all! Overall the email were friendly and prompt!

Easy to navigate website

Easy to navigate website, good delivery.

One of the items was 2X as much as on amazon, so you have to compare.

Packaging was very good.
