The clothes are fine but it takes a while to arrive

Clothes are good…but be careful when picking a size. It’s Japanese clothing so it’s smaller than usual. It’s better to pick 2 sizes larger than you usually wear. Shipping was long I was waiting 3 weeks for my T-shirts and 1 month for my hoodie.(I am from Czech Republic 🇨🇿) But it’s nice…clothes are comfortable and I like it a lot.

I ordered two shirts from Tekkawear on August 31st. Their store says shipping to my area takes 3-4 weeks. Okay, understandable. And I was more than understanding because of COVID, too. But it’s October 26th now, and my order never arrived. I contacted the seller directly via email in the middle of September asking where my order was, and was told that one of the shirts I ordered was seemingly out of stock? They said they’d send me a replacement of my choice, so I ordered a different shirt.
A month after that, I asked for a cancellation and refund, It was October 10th by this point. My email was completely ignored. So I contacted them via the PayPal Resolution Centre for my money back. Tekkawear never responded there either! I had to escalate the issue to PayPal directly and file a claim… I’m still waiting for my refund. I’m out $151 dollars. DO NOT buy from this company.

I bought something on their store and after almost a month nothing has arrived and their order track says they haven't even send it.

Total scam spent $400 USD nothing came, dude answers with stupid copy paste replies. do not buy from here 100% total scam

Tekkawear poses as a very convincing company for alternative clothing, and I fell for it.
I made a purchase over $200+ and they won't send any tracking information. I've been in contact over email to which I've been refused refund and they just beat around the bush with saying they'll get tracking info to me as soon as possible. And they haven't. I ordered back in August and it's been absolutely ridiculous. Upon more research, which I should have done in the first place, that's my bad 🤦 There's reports of them doing scams since 2019.

I purchased a jacket this year and the person who was helping me Takeda Yamamoto informed me it went missing after two months of asking about if my package has been shipped. He said he would ship another one but, they are all out of stock and asked me if I wanted to exchange it. I have responded but, he hasn’t gotten back to me in almost 4-5 days at this point and I don’t think he ever will. I understand that Covid happened but, they gave my package to a 2.0 star shipping company who lost it 3 months later. Customer service is less than ideal seeing how they try and “help”. I’m not too sure if they even shipped it but, said that they did so they couldn’t be held responsible. Regardless if that did not sell you on not buying from this company maybe the fact that they are lying about their reviews will. This stuff isn’t cheap I got my clothes discounted and Im still out of $120 dollars. In short it’s probably a scam
