Order still not arrived, April I placed the order, terrible service would not recommend at all, even in the given situation I would’ve thought I’d get my item. No communication just an email to say item shipped????

Wir haben vor 14 Tagen einen pinkfarbenen Helm bestellt und per PayPal bezahlt. Nach Rückfrage erhielten wir eine DHL-Nummer die wohl erzeugt aber nie verwendet wurde. Es handelt sich zwar nur um € 29,09, ist aber trotzdem eine bodenlose Frechheit. Die Rückanforderung PayPal wurde storniert. Hat jemand Erfahrung damit, wie man das Geld zurück bekommen kann?

Pessima esperienza. Ordinato articolo il 29/04/20 , spedito il 16/06/20 grazie ad una mia mail dove reclamato la mancanza di tracciabilità.
Ho mandato nuova mail a metà luglio poiché il tracciamento dava l articolo ancora in Cina. Mi è stato risposto che hanno spedito e pertanto non è colpa loro e di continuare a seguire la traccia.
Oggi, 18/08/20 la traccia è ancora ferma al 14/07.e ovviamente l'articolo risulta ancora in Cina.

I must ammend my review of Teknistore. The 3d printer has now arrived safely. All I could suggest is
1. They are more transparent about where they are based.
2. They sort out their delivery times. I can ship to the USA in 3 days and Australia in 10. Nearly 7 weeks is very poor in this day and age, or they should clearly stress this is the likely time it would take.
I'll now give them 4 stars

Habe ein Smartphone bestellt und bezahlt, aber nie erhalten.
Auch nach mehreren Anfragen konnte mir Teknistore nicht helfen. Schlechter service und nach geldeingang nicht mehr interessiert an aufklärung.
Kann nur dringend davon abraten hier zu kaufen.

Assistenza ottima. Ho avuto qualche problema sia nell’ordine che di spedizione. Ho scritto e mi hanno subito risposto risolvendo i problemi. Merce conforme a quanto ordinato.

ACHTUNG DIESE SEITE IST NUR EIN FAKE!!! Nur zum Abzocken gemacht!! Vor einen Monat ein Handy bestellt. Wurde mir dann mitgeteilt das es nicht mehr verfügbar ist, habe stornieren beantragt, jedoch 1 Woche später wurde mir eine Trackingnr. zugeschickt. Diese wiederum war ein Fake da ich die trackimgnr
nirgends ablesen konnte! Dann kam einige Tage später ein Angebot, da boten sie mir das gleiche Handy, nur die Ausführung mit mehr Gb, zum gleichen Preis. Habe dieses Angebot angenommen, seit dem totenstille!!! Habe zum Glück mit Paypal bezahlt, habe nun das Geld zurückgefordert. Diese Seite ist ein FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!!

Ho acquistato il 24 maggio un monopattino che ad oggi 28 luglio non è ancora arrivato. Ho mandato numerose mail chiedendo la data di consegna della merce che non era indicata nella conferma dell’ordine. Mi hanno detto che la spedizione era partita comunicandomi un numero di spedizione UPS, peccato che il numero corrisponde solo ad una etichetta generata sul sistema di spedizione UPS (di cui sono anche io abbonata e di cui conosco perfettamente il funzionamento) ma non è mai stato chiesto a UPS di andare a ritirare alcun pacco per procedere con la sua spedizione. Nella penultima mail mi scrivevano che il mi ordine sarebbe arrivato ieri, ed oggi al mio ennesimo sollecito mi hanno risposto che l’ufficio logistico aveva inoltrato un sollecito al corriere. Tutte balle, perché loro al corriere non hanno mai consegnato nessun pacco e la spedizione (che sembrerebbe dover partire dalla Germania) non è mai partita! Temo dovrò fare denuncia per truffa per riavere i miei soldi!

Complete scam, do not buy anything! I bought a walking pad, i paid for the more expensive option to have it delivered from Europe - but then they sent me info it was coming from China. I asked for updates twice a week as i did not get tracking info, eventually they sent me a link and it was bogus - just a Courier pick up label. My Amex card immediately gave me a refund, and funnily their customer service never gave me updates - if their finance department instantly updated their customer service team of my transaction dispute through Amex, they wpuld be the songle most efficient real company in the world. But clearly they are not a real company, also according to all other reviews.
A note to TrustPilot: please check all other medium/good reviews posted for Teknostore. Aren’t you suspicious that all negative reviews are very detailed and clearly genuine - and all the positive ones are very generic? Could you perhaps ask those reviewers for related evidence, as set out in your terms and conditions?
Hope this helps someone else not to be scammed.

Venditore non affidabile, truffatore.
Ho acquistato uno smartwatch(38 euro) e invece me ne hanno mandato uno totalmente diverso che costava meno della metà(14 euro) e per restituirmi i soldi volevano che rispedivo a mie spese la merce ricevuta. Smartwach pagato 38 euro e spedizione standard con Poste per la Cina 42 euro.

I ordered my scooter by June 8th with a shipping between 7- 30 days and after realising it might come from China I immediately notified I wanted to cancel. This is within their T&Cs as it was within 24 hours.

They confirmed it was coming from Germany so I asked delivery date without still giving my consent to carrying on with delivery but they said the shipped already.

The gave a tracking number 3 weeks later (30 th June) but basically on UPS website said that label was created for UPS To pick up.

It is 23 July (45 days since ordered) and the status hasn’t changed so no shipped. I asked them several times and they said that is on the way and it should come before aug 17th (more than 2 months)

Don’t trust them at all and really believe comes from china or never come back! They might think we are idiot customers!
