Bon service client

Bonjour,j'ai passé commande sur Teknistore début Avril,qui n'est jamais arrivé. AprÚs un mois d'attente j'ai contacté leur service client,ils se sont renseignés,puis m'ont annoncé que le colis n'était pas parti faute de coursier pour la France et m'ont remboursé la commande y compris les frais de carte.
Pour ma part Teknistore se sont montrés correct et sérieux.

Da non rifare

Effettuato l'ordine il 22 aprile (nel sito c'Ú scritto che la spedizione sarà effettuata 6-10 giorni lavorativi dopo il pagamento) mando alcune mail alle quali non ho risposta ed al 16 maggio, giorno nel quale apro una contestazione su PayPal, lo stato dell'ordine era ancora "preparato in progress". Il giorno dopo mi scrivono (risponditore automatico) dicendo che avrebbero spedito entro 10 giorni... insomma passati i 10 giorni faccio un reclamo formale a PayPal e dopo pochi giorni ricevo il messaggio del rimborso... fortunatamente ho riavuto i soldi. Leggendo alcuni commenti gli oggetti acquistati sono arrivati, seppur con immenso ritardo. non so se a me sarebbero arrivati anche con ritardo ma di sicuro non avrei aspettato altro tempo (e comunque dopo un mese e mezzo non avevano ancora spedito...)

Aggiornamento dopo la risposta del venditore:
Se fosse stato spedito e non fosse mai arrivato o arrivato con ritardo avreste anche avuto ragione dando la colpa alla situazione dettata dal Covid, ma siccome non Ú stato neanche spedito dopo un mese e mezzo direi che la colpa Ú solo vostra. Aumento a 2 stelle perchÚ ho ricevuto il rimborso in pochi giorni (anche se grazie a paypal)

Ho effettuato un ordine il 13/05, ho pagato la spedizione piu veloce (5-8 giorni lavorativi) pero sono gia passati 18 giorni e non Ú arrivato nulla.

Al fin llegaron las cuerdas luego de dos meses de espera.
Las cuerdas bien, material calidad medio.
Atención de la empresa... la verdad no opino ya que dos meses esperando que llegue el paquete, ganas cero de volver a comprar.

Bueno al menos no me estafaron, para los que esperan paquete solo tengan paciencia y olvídense del tema que cuando menos lo piensan llegan, 2 meses, pero llegan!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I waited 3 weeks for a mini dlp projector that wasn't even in stock, despite the website saying it was. Nobody contacted me to tell me this....I had to contact them.

I have repeatedly asked for an alternative product but email replies are patchy...and nothing happens, yet they still have my money. Find another company to buy your electronics from!

This is not true. By email, we have explained the item bought from you is stop produced.

In this case, because it is an electronic item, we prefer ask you to change or get refund for your order because if you need assistance in the next months, we can't provide you the correct warranty for your device.

And this is a worst experience? We are explaining you the reason and we are doing your interest, not ours in this case.

And, we have also provided you the solution to cancel the order and get the refund.

So, there is not reason to post this feedback.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER

I do not recommend Teknistore!

I’ve bought a walking pad nearly 2 months ago - I paid for fast delivery to get my order within 8-10 working days and it has obviously not being delivered until now.

This was a gift to be enjoyed during lockdown and I paid more to get it delivered earlier and I’m extremely unsatisfied with Teknistore service.

I’ve been exchanging daily emails with the customer support who had not been supportive at all. Apparently the parcel is in Germany waiting for UPS to collect it and Teknistore is blaming UPS saying the courier is delayed and will update my order soon. I didn’t buy from UPS, I bought from Teknistore!

I have tried to request for a refund which is within the law accordingly to Section 75 if there’s a delay of more than 30 days but Teknistore is refusing to give me a refund and say I need to wait for the Oder which I doubt I’ll receive within the next weeks.

It’s not a cheap item and I cannot afford to buy another one if I don’t get the refund.

After their response here, I can confirm that another week has passed by and the goods haven’t moved. I’ve now emailed them multiple times requesting a refund and they say they cannot refund it because the order is on its way (slight delay of 2 months instead of 10 days). Very poor service!

Another update: I’ve waited for another 10 days and the item hasn’t moved. The company still insist that they cannot give me a refund as the item is still in transit. I’m starting to think this is a scam!!!

I placed an order in April. The delivery details they gave me just said the package had not been handed to the courier. Emailed but every time they said the item had been dispatched, they started to get a bit funny about me emailing them. In the end I asked PayPal to look into it, Teknistore took a whole month to reply to them even though they could have replied with in a day. I now have a refund 2 months down the line.
I WILL NEVER US THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Hace dos meses hice el pedido de unas cuerdas para entrenar y no me ha llegado nada todavía, cuando se supone que yo pagué un dinero extra para que llegara en 6-8 dias. He escrito, he mandado un mail y NO RECIBO RESPUESTA... no sé ni dónde está mi pedido... Una falta de respeto... Una estafa absoluta!!!!!!!! No compréis ahí.

Desde el 16 de marzo esperando uñas bandas de resistencia, cómpre otras porque no me llegaban, solo me dan largas y al final no tengo ni dinero, ni mi pedido. Fraude!!!
