Telcan Review

After 35 yrs. of working in telecom for major corporations, one learns what service quality and quality service from a vendor is all about. From my overall experience, they checked all the boxes on how to provide service properly. I could easily see the experience and professionalism of the organisation, especially the install technicians.

Hats off to all those involved!

Network availability and reliability, no issues. Speed, within acceptable limits. Billing, no issues. Support, no issues.

We receive the promised speed and it works great. The internet does cut out but it can always be fixed by resetting the router

Stable internet connection at a reasonable price

Telcan provides stable internet connection at a reasonable price. I’ve been using Telcan for one month and I haven’t had any problems during this period.

I’ve been using Telcan’s services for 2 months and it’s been great. Wifi coverage is great throughout the entire house, we haven’t had any issues working from home.

As easy as it gets 😁

Signing up with Telcan was as easy as it gets, just a simple telephone call and within 2 days I had the new modem and was up and running.

Good service

Good service, fast response. However, the internet is slow to load most of the time. Not sure if it is signal issue or just my plan.

Awful experience

Awful experience. Issues started April 27th. Internet dropped out, advised to reboot router. Issue occurred again April 28, and April 29th. Claim signal levels looked good, reboot required to get back online.
Last Friday May 5th, internet dropped and would not come back online until 5 hours later. I work from home and require stable internet. I now have cancelled your garbage service and gone back to Bell.
