The platform turns into a scam for new advertisers and channel owners also they scam channels

I had a very bad experience using Telega.io. After using the platform, I was unable to withdraw my funds — withdrawals simply did not work. I contacted support, and my case was handled by someone named Ilya, but instead of resolving the issue, I felt misled and my money was never returned. From my experience, this platform is not trustworthy. I feel scammed and would not recommend using Telega.io.

Don’t use it

Don’t use it, it’s an insanely bad service. 90% of the channels are just Indian bots. I posted 8 ads, got 10,000+ impressions for $70
 which is a $7 CPM (1000 views / $7) – horrible price. Telegram ads cost me 0.13 TON, so around $0.3. And out of those 10,000+ impressions I got literally 1 single link click, even though the ad was perfectly on-topic. Huge scam.

I deposited $ 180 on a payment method


I deposited $ 180 on a payment method where they request a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $1000.
- They are not showing my funds in the balance,
- They want to oblige me depositing un to 1000 in order to accept this my 180 dollar.

The T&C are showing specifically we are not obliged to deposit so much! They kept my money AND they are not responding anymore

bad UI/UX. but more than that they have huge commissions both to deposit money and to take back.
so I wanted to do ad for $140, they made me to deposit twice 150+50. the ad wasn't posted (I mean channel doesn't take it or smth)

I spent a lot of time, then I demanded refund and had really bad experience being redirected 10x times.

finally I got my money back, just because of commission I got $140 out of my $200

highly don't recommend

Telega.io stole my money! SCAM!

I had a little amount stuck in their platform. To increase it to minimum amount to be withdrawn, i had to take more ads but they are increasing the minimum required user limit of channels and groups. It was 300 and now it's 1000. There is no guarantee of they will increase it to 10000 next day and lock in every account that has less than 30$ forever.

Very unfair platform. Support team is not helping. They made me give away free scam ads in my telegram group this way. Never using this service again.

Do not use!

Very poor customer service experience, with no flexibility towards customers. Refuse to provide business customers with invoices, a legal requirement in many countries. Website is a chaotic mess and difficult to navigate.
No way to guarantee you get what you pay for. Would not use again.
