This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a broker.

I traded with this company for years. Some of my positions were opened as far back as 2019, when I was still learning and trading small volumes. Other trades were held long-term, including positions from 2022 to 2026.

Everything was fine — until 2026, when I requested a withdrawal.

Suddenly, after YEARS of allowing all trades, swaps, and account activity to accumulate, the company decided to conduct a “risk review” and accused me of “prohibited trading techniques.”

Let me be clear:
- If my trading was truly “prohibited,” why was it allowed for YEARS?
- Why were trades from 2019–2022 never flagged or closed at the time?
- Why was profit allowed to grow over such a long period — only to be removed the moment I tried to withdraw?

The result:
$7,214.79 in profits was simply cancelled.

No detailed, verifiable evidence was provided — only generic explanations about “execution patterns,” despite the fact that:
- trades were held for long periods (months and years),
- significant swap fees were paid,
- trading was manual, not high-frequency.

Even more concerning was the communication:
- multiple empty notifications appeared in my account,
- some referenced materials could not be accessed,
- responses were vague and non-transparent.

And after all this, the company stated that they were being “generous” by not deducting additional costs.

This is unacceptable.

Allowing a client to trade for years, then retroactively cancelling profits only at the moment of withdrawal raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.

Yes, I was eventually able to withdraw part of my funds (~$2,600), but over $7,000 in profit was removed.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to think very carefully before trusting this broker with their money.

Uso da anni Teletrade per il trading manuale su più asset e devo dire che ho sempre riscontrato un ottima qualità di trade e un ‘assistenza molto reattiva, ormai vado per i 5 anni, continuate così per altri 10 e smetto di lavorare 🙏

Ho scoperto questa piattaforma grazie a un webinar finanziario sponsorizzato, che mi ha spinto a registrarmi al loro servizio di gestione di portafogli digitali. La dashboard del mio account ha mostrato rapidamente i dividendi accumulati, quindi ho deciso di effettuare un prelievo parziale sul mio conto corrente esterno. Tuttavia, gli amministratori del sito mi hanno informato che ero tenuto a versare un deposito obbligatorio di autorizzazione antiriciclaggio prima che qualsiasi trasferimento esterno potesse essere autorizzato. Ho trasferito i fondi richiesti per soddisfare questo requisito, ma il mio account è stato immediatamente segnalato per “volume di trading irregolare” e la piattaforma ha sospeso tutto il mio accesso in attesa di una commissione di revisione aggiuntiva. Ho segnalato l'incidente alla polizia locale, ma mi hanno informato che non potevano fare nulla al riguardo a causa dell'hosting offshore dell'operazione. Di conseguenza, ho compilato i miei registri di comunicazione e ho presentato il mio caso a 𝕯𝖔𝖖𝖘𝖊, un'entità amministrativa in grado di coordinarsi con le agenzie di regolamentazione internazionali e le forze dell'ordine governative. La procedura di accettazione ha comportato un evidente fastidio procedurale, poiché mi è stato richiesto di estrarre e convertire manualmente la mia corrispondenza e-mail in uno specifico formato di documento cronologico, poiché il loro portale sicuro rifiutava i file di esportazione e-mail standard. Il processo di revisione formale si è protratto esattamente per dodici settimane. Al termine di questo periodo, ho ricevuto un aggiornamento amministrativo che concludeva l'indagine. La corrispondenza procedurale indicava che le azioni di contrasto collaborative avevano congelato con successo i conti di transito e che il capitale recuperato era stato ufficialmente messo in coda per il trasferimento alla mia banca designata.

Ok hanno gestito i rientri con professionalità

I receive repeated refusals when executing withdrawals, in the case of accounts with ongoing transactions with the excuse of customer protection in a period of increased market volatility. This fact aroused my suspicions that it is a scam. First I received a refusal that was about the above conditions reported to a trading account. At which I closed the ongoing transactions on one of the accounts and initiated a withdrawal request again. The surprises continued, and I received another refusal with the reference that the restrictions refer to all accounts in my web account at Teletrade.

P.S My friend was denied withdrawal even without any ongoing transactions on the account. The situation refers to the period September - November 2025.

Da Agosto 2025 tutti i prelievi sono bloccati. Situazione preoccupante

Ho versato 1000 euro sulla piattaforma Teletrade. Dopo aver completato la registrazione e la verifica KYC (documento d’identità, bolletta e foto), ho atteso che il mio saldo salisse per poi provare a prelevare, al fine di verificare la serietà della piattaforma.
Tuttavia, qualsiasi richiesta di prelievo è stata respinta, nonostante avessi già fornito i dati richiesti inizialmente. Successivamente, mi è stato chiesto di caricare ulteriori documenti (estratti conto, buste paga e un autoscatto) tramite link esterni non appartenenti alla piattaforma. Ho rifiutato per ovvi motivi di privacy e sicurezza.
Dopo numerose lamentele, mi è stato comunicato via mail per ben 2 volte che — in via eccezionale — il prelievo sarebbe stato consentito senza le procedure AML aggiuntive, ma anche questa promessa si è rivelata infondata: la richiesta è stata respinta nuovamente.
❌ Mancanza di trasparenza, continue richieste non previste inizialmente e procedure poco chiare mi hanno portata a valutare l’invio di una segnalazione alle autorità italiane, per tutelare me stessa e altri utenti.

Extremely stressful experience, but eventually recovered funds

I had a very difficult experience with this platform. Within just a week, I lost all my savings and was unable to withdraw any funds. Despite trying to get help from their support team, I received no useful assistance.

Feeling stuck and frustrated, I eventually reported the issue to my profile pic. Thankfully, with their help, I was able to recover my money.

This was an incredibly stressful and upsetting process. I’m sharing my experience to help others be cautious and make informed decisions before using this service.

Avoid at all cost.

Copy fx is some sort of scam.

They do split as soon as profits are closed but that money taken out from clients account never hits investor.

Support takes days to reply and I even have tickets pending reply since august!!

Withdraws even from crypto take up to 7 days when crypto should not be subjected to business days, thats the whole point of using crypto dumb asses.

Just to compare, bank transfer withraw with roboforex took 10 seconds! While teletrade cant do in 1 day a crypto withdraw.

BIG, BIG SCAM and you are supporting russia against ukraine by using this broker since they scam on behalf of russia and drain clients money to support w4r crimes.

Open regulations claims are sent, please avoid using broker and help by reporting them to every regulator so they can take them out just like every other scamming and crime company.

Terrible broker.

-Limited deposit options.
-Worst support Ive faced - everything they want to answer by ticket, even if you ask if your country is supported.
Biggest issues:
-Hungry sad business charging swap and commissions , draining your funds at a higher rate.
-Investing platform is a big scam!! They take split once you close trades but that money is not credited into traders account, it never reaches. If main account has a loss, client will be punished with split + the loss making it harder to recover if you add the swap+commission.
-Affiliat: I have at least 5 clients using my code (i saw them when opening account) and yet their platform is not crediting my commissions. Im trading in all accounts with EA and should be high fees for me but broker is taking them.
-Rebates are never paid, something that should be an insta red flag.

Overall, avoid this big scam, it was a terrible experience for me after chasing cent accounts and UK clients.

Move to roboforex.

J'ai été victime d'une arnaque TeleTrade, je n'ai pas pu effectuer de retrait jusqu'à ce que la société sur mon nom d'utilisateur m'aide à récupérer facilement tout ce que j'ai perdu

Disappointing and contradicting policy.

Beware of what is stated in the policy agreement, since it's contradicting regarding the Stop Out rule, they state they will notify you when at risk, but then they don't. They will tell you that in the policy it's stated that you are the sole responsible. Avoid them.

La mia esperienza con questa piattaforma e stata estremamente deludente,caratterizzata una gestione totalmente incompetente e mancanza di logica professionale nelle operazioni proposte.
Inizialmente tutto sembrava procedere senza intoppi,ma improvvisamente ho assistito a un crollo repentino delle performance ,seguito da richieste ossessive e inopportune di ulteriori versamenti .
La sensazione e stata quella di essere coinvolto in operazioni finanziarie gestite a caso,senza una chiara strategia o competenza da parte di teletrade.Cio che preoccupa particolarmente e l;apparente manipolazione delle prime fasi positive dell ;esperienza.
Sospetto che i risultati iniziali favorevoli sono stati falsificati per attirare ulteriori investimenti,dopo i quali la situazione e peggiorata drasticamente.
Mi domando seriamente come teletrade possa ancora operare,considerando le numerose segnalazioni negative e l assenza di un servizio professionale.

Sono davvero molto soddisfatto del Broker TELETRADE, soprattutto per l'assistenza e supporto fornita egregiamente e pazientemente dal Sig Simone Schillizzi,una persona seria professionista e gentilissima.

in seguito alla richiesta di chiusura conto, continuavano a mandarmi gli estratti conto mensili nonostante risultasse a zero: ho dovuto cambiare la mail per non ricevere più le loro comunicazioni...
in compenso quando ho chiesto se mi potevano aiutare con la dichiarazione dei redditi se ne sono fregati: peccato però che quando c'era da suggerire qualche operazione il tempo lo trovavano per inviare un messaggio ma ovviamente accadeva il contrario di quello che veniva detto...
il copy trading lascia parecchio a desiderare visto che la maggior parte delle operazioni vanno in perdita nonostante tutto si tratti di trader indicati come vincenti...
molto meglio fxflat o next markets...

Per quanto mi riguarda mi trovo bene e ho ottenuto esattamente ciò che cercavo: sono supportato, le persone hanno un telefono, sono reperibili e soprattutto il team è composto da persone con grande competenza specifica che spiegano le ragioni di certi investimenti. A mio avviso Teletrade è idoneo sia per neofiti che per persone esperte di trading.Rispetto ad una recente esperienza dove era difficile parlare con l'account manager, non esisteva un numero telefonico per avere un contatto e soprattutto si lanciavano i dadi per investire, devo dire che sono decisamente soddisfatto.

A distanza di 4 mesi mantengo inalterato il giudizio su supporto e disponibilità, mentre devo necessariamente esprimere un giudizio negativo sui segnali. Certe indicazioni sono proprio errate e in controtendenza. Spiace ma si parla di denaro e con perdite elevate

Teletrade.eu is the same compagny of teletrade.org?

Purtroppo il broker è davvero scadente. Ha delle affiliazioni discutibili con sistemi non funzionanti come FAST FORECAST
