This app is shit. I paid for 6 months and tried using the app to download and I've only been able to download 3 videos and since then nothing works.

Waste of money, waste of time and waste of resources. Don't pay for this app. It doesn't work after 2 tries.

Want to cancel the mysterious $6.99 monthly charge from TELEVZR? Good luck! There is no person to talk to - you need to access your "profile page", accessible only after providing an active email. If, as in my case, no such email exists, you need to send an email to the inhuman and unresponsive address. Your only option is to report your credit card as stolen - stolen by these fraudsters at Televzr. I did report the company to the California Attorney General's office as this is a clear violation of the "Click to Cancel" law meant to protect consumers.

I purchased a lifetime membership and now when I check I find that they say I don't have a subscription. I am highly pissed. My emails go unanswered. Stay away from this company, they are NOT trustworthy.

App does not work properly and you can not cancel the subscription. Do not install.

The downloader hasn't been working for weeks, despite updates, but nobody from support seems to be interested

Ich habe die Lifetme Lizenz erworben.
Zunächst konnte ich das Programm zu meiner Zufriedenheit nutzen. Auch nach Updates konnte ich die Pro Version nutzen.
Das hat sich jedoch heute geändert. Wenn ich den Link zur Aktivierung Aufrufe, heisst es, es gäbe kein Kundenkonto und ich werde aufgefordert, eine neue Lizenz im Abo zu erwerben.
Auf meine Beschwerde an den Support, habe ich keine Reaktion erhalten.
Ich fühle mich betrogen, also Hände weg.

Wir haben das Lifetime-Abo und sind sehr zufrieden – es hat uns besonders beim Herunterladen von Lernvideos enorm geholfen. Zwar werden nicht alle Plattformen unterstützt, aber man kann einfach testweise den Link ausprobieren. Ansonsten läuft die Software seit mittlerweile drei Jahren absolut einwandfrei.

It’s a good service and works well, downloads are fast and the quality is nice. The only downside is that you can’t download for free — I had to get the paid version. Other than that, it does the job perfectly.

Nachdem der Rechner gewechselt wurde war keine Anmeldung möglich. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Somit ist das Abo nicht mehr nutzbar.

I bought a year license. It does download the youtube videos and does whatever it says. Billing takes your money right away but leaves you hanging with no support, no idea how to cancel subscription if need be and terrible in activation. I really thought it was a scam and the whole process is just terrible. BUT it does download the videos perfectly. It does work if you figure this out.

I bought Televzr when you could buy a lifetime licence. It’s amazing BUT I wanted to buy it for a friend. I asked Televzr if I could do that- they replied.

When I saw all the reviews re subscription issues I was concerned and asked them about that, I didn’t get any responses. I wonder if they’ve got issues making it a subscription program and are overwhelmed trying to fix it? It’s such a shame as the software works really well. If they sort out the problems they’ve currently got, I would highly recommend it.

Not working at all for me. Very difficult to sign into the account to check your subscription and unsubscribe. A bit dodgy if you ask me. Didn't reply to my emails either. When trying to download the video originally it was forwarding me to casino websites so very scammy.

The software did not work on my mac as there was a security issue so would not download. It also did not register at all on the savefrom website, so kept telling me to subscribe and pay again even after they charged the card. Waste of time and I would stay away from them, happy to take money from card but there is no way to get help after, I feel ripped off to be honest.

I recently subscribed to the Video Downloader monthly package. However, I am experiencing an issue where the downloader does not work as expected.

Whenever I paste a video link, it takes some time to process and then shows an error message: "Download failure." As a result, I am unable to download any videos.

Could you please look into this issue and provide a resolution at the earliest? I would appreciate your prompt assistance in fixing this problem.
