Although no treatment was given I have to give a big thanks to Sam Robson and her advice on how to move forward regarding the Botox treatment for Tmj which my son needs. She went above and beyond in helping us.

I had my first ever Reflexology session with Kirsten at Temple Clinic about 10 days ago. The experience was very pleasant and relaxing. I am a natural sceptic and I was thus pleased and surprised afterwards to feel calm, clear headed and energetic. While life has sometimes got in the way, those results have generally endured. I would greatly like people to try out a Reflexology session in order to find if my experience generalises to others or if my well being was coincidental.

Kirsten made me feel welcome from the time I walked into the clinic till the time I left she explained everything that was going to happen during my treatment of laser hair removal there was no pain and I felt very comfortable would definitely recommend temple medical and will come back again

Had my first ever Laser Genesis Treatment with Kirsten last month and what a joy. Very positive experience taking around 20-30mins. I immediately relaxed under Kirstens professional care, experienced no discomfort or after treatment redness. My face felt lovely. Will definitely add this treatment to my basket going forward. Appreciate the opportunity to experience.

I recently had my very first Botox treatment with Dr. Sam, and I can honestly say the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. I was a little nervous going in, as I had never had Botox before in my life, but Dr. Sam made me feel completely at ease. She talked me through every step, reassured me throughout the whole appointment, and answered every question with patience and confidence.

What surprised me the most was how gentle she was—I genuinely didn’t feel a thing. Her technique is incredibly light and precise, and before I even realised it, the treatment was done. Dr. Sam also took the time to explain the background of Botox in a clear, comforting way—how it works by relaxing specific muscles to smooth the skin, how results gradually appear, and what to expect in the days following. It made the whole experience feel informed, safe, and completely personalised.

The follow-up appointment was just as impressive. It was quick, painless, and showed how committed the clinic is to proper aftercare. I’ve never had that kind of safety net before—someone checking in to make sure everything is settling exactly as it should. It gave me real peace of mind knowing that I was being looked after by a true professional who genuinely cares about the results and the client’s well-being.

Walking out of the clinic, I felt confident, reassured, and so glad I chose Dr. Sam for my first treatment. The whole journey—from the consultation to the treatment to the follow-up—was smooth, supportive, and totally stress-free.

If you’re considering Botox for the first time or simply want someone you can trust, I can’t recommend Dr. Sam enough. She’s gentle, thorough, knowledgeable, and truly exceptional at what she does.

On my first visit I had the Hydrofacial with Joan. This was a lovely relaxing treatment. The second visit was with Dr Sam who immediately has a warm, friendly presence automatically putting me at ease. I have been one of Dr Sam’s clients for a couple of years now. As a rule, it takes me quite a few visits to get comfortable and confident with any new practitioner. In Dr Sam’s case, by the end of our first meeting, I knew I was dealing with someone a little bit special. My overriding feeling was that not only was this person highly professional, she was also genuinely empathetic. Not a mix one comes across that often these days, but especially useful in the world of aesthetics. I trust Sam implicitly and no longer go along and ask what I’d like to be addressed and or improved. I feel that Sam takes such a personal approach, possibly because she takes the time to get to know that person, that I simply say, please just use your professional judgement and create a ‘maintenance’ plan for the coming year. Every procedure is explained and one can never ask too many questions - and I have asked a lot of questions! If you have never had a session with Sam before, please be assured that you are in excellent hands, in fact every one who works at Temple is top rate. My final point would be that, even if I did go along and say I wanted such and such a procedure, if it wasn’t right for me, no matter how much I wanted it, Sam would say so. In the world of aesthetics, one can’t emphasise how important that it!!

I’ve undergone three Philart sessions for my under-eye area to target dark circles and hollowness, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The treatment has made a noticeable difference in the appearance of my under-eyes, giving them a much more refreshed look. The dark circles have greatly improved, and the hollowness has been visibly smoothed out, leaving my skin looking brighter. I’m truly impressed with the outcome and would highly recommend it to anyone dealing with similar concerns!

I've had several treatments done by Sam and her team and I've always been delighted with the results.
On one occasion I bruised after a treatment, which is unusual for me, so I contacted Dr Sam who replied straight away and saw me within 24 hours. Perfect aftercare- she put my mind at ease instantly.
The treatments are tiptop and the team are lovely. What's not to like?

I had my first ever massage today at Temple Clinic with the lovely Kim and my goodness, what an amazing experience, I loved it. It was a full body massage and I can honestly say my body feels completely relaxed and ache free. Kim was superb and obviously an expert in massage therapy. She was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend booking yourself in for a touch of ‘self care’ - we all need that sometimes, don’t we? 😊

I visited the clinic today for a massage, this a new service provided by the clinic and I was keen I try it out. Kim is the massage therapist that I saw and she provided a professional and friendly service. Prior to the massage we ran through a health questionnaire and ensured everything was in order before the treatment. The massage itself was fabulous, I enjoy a firm massage that works out my muscle tensions, and so had a Swedish type massage. At the end of the session Kim offered me the feedback on what she had found and worked on, which was very helpful. She also offered me some great after care advice for making sure that I got the best from the treatment. As well as Swedish, I believe that other alternatives are available depending on client needs.

Overall this is a great new service provided by Temple Clinic and I'd highly recommend it!
