Temu blow hot and cold. I have had products in the lower price ranges that have been faulty or damaged and a refund issued straight away however I cannot say the same for a pricier product. I purchased a garden wet and dry vacuum cleaner for €97 and it was very good at what I’d did. I went to use it for the fourth time and the switch has gone faulty not working on position 1 only position 2. Contacted customer services and it was passed to a specialized team who needed proof. I sent a video of it not working but still no resolution just we are looking into it. The item is no longer listed so obviously they don’t have any left. They keep offering €20 vouchers as an apology but I don’t want to spend any more money with them if this is how you’re treated. Unfortunately it has put me off Temu for good. Further update Temu still asking questions after a week of constant emails. Email sent this morning asking for another video of it not working a photo of the switch and a detailed description of the problem. Sent them all of this last week! Day 13 and no further forward the seller will not respond and Temu does not have a faulty goods policy! You really can’t make this up it’s incredible please do not buy large items from Temu . Customer service is useless just copy and paste answers and they have no authority to issue refunds or replacement. They even want to give you credit to still shop with them! I hope no one else has to deal with their customer service I am now at 13 emails and and 12 hours online chat!! Today they have refused a refund or replacement so I can only advise not to shop with Temu or Shumee

Como es barato y tienen muchas cosas, tengo tendencia a comprar en TEMU.
Pero ellos se apresuran a cobrarte sin mandarte el pedido solicitado.
Además, si te lo mandan lo hacen a unos sitios rarísimos que, según ellos, quedan cerca de tu casa, cosa que no es verdad.
NUNCA, JAMÁS DE LOS JAMASES, VOLVERÉ A COMPRAR EN UNA PLATAFORMA QUE NO ES DE FIAR.

Can honestly say I don't know how I didn't lose the plot today. Two deliveries due supposedly been delivered to a door that obviously wasn't mine. Proof sent. Still no joy refused refund for both items as the seller says they've been delivered😮who too may I ask. Explained all this may as well of told the dog.How can they say a brown door looks the same as a white glass one. So basically I paid for goods that someone else now has. Avoid this company like the plague. Although some of the stuff is ok you won't be refunded if there's a problem.

Shoes are okay but pressure wash don't go near no real instructions so I am going to attempt to get my money back.Also the idea that they give cash back funny. Don't think I'll be shopping here again ,because it's a hit and miss and the bother to try and send it back ok but the refund good luck

They lied about what they won't send me the right stuff they don't put back your refund back on your cash app card the same day BUT THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT THE SAME DAY YOU MAKE A ORDERS

get rid of fake offers as 1p for 3 items never there ,just make u spend more

I have talk to customer service sometimes they understand sometimes not but also very nice and polite and try to help I don’t like the returns beware

I have had thousands of poundes worth of goods from them without problems from them im always buying from them

On the whole I think Temu is a good site. Sometimes the products aren't great but they are from the sellers and Temu is just the company for different sellers. I have had mostly good but sometimes not so good. I do find them a hell of a lot better than most American companies for a start they are in the 21st Century where whereever you are that is the currency they take. The Americans are soo backwards when it comes to currencies . At least you can email Temu

Temu offers free gifts you just don't get. Crack the egg open the box all rubbish i spent £40+ was promised a sound bar and a dash cam, still waiting. One item a watch with brockenglass, no cash refund but credit for a company that hoodwinks the public. Avoid avoid.

Di Temù pubblicità ingannevole. Ti darebbe prodotti a zero € però devi fare un minimo acquisto di €10. Però non ti arrivano mai. Devi sempre acquistare quindi pagare prodotti scadenti, contraffatti, ingannevoli. Temù andrebbe chiuso

Je ne peux pas mettre 5 étoiles hélas. Mais 3 quand même. A ce jour je commande tjrs sur temu et je suis assez contente de mes achats et le site est fiable. En revanche ce qui est dans un sens une arnaque c'est qu'ils nous font croire que nous pouvons gagner de tres beaux cadeaux honereux pour seulement 15 ou 20 euros d'achats. 3 beaux cadeaux pour 15e d achat avant hier pour ma part. C'est ce que j'ai fais par curiosité, hélas une fois payer les 15 on me dit qu'il manque 7e poir gagner mes cadeaux je rajoute 7 et on me dit qu'il reste 5 et ainsi de suite. Conclusion si on se laisse duper on fait des achats compulsifs sans rien gagner..... une arnaque masquer mais qui nous ŕend responsable de nos actes . Aucune issus
