TEND. the best therapeutic tool in the market!
I’ve been using Tend products for nearly 3 years now and can confidently say it is one of the best therapeutic tools in the market. It’s unique focal vibration makes it a valuable tool for both the professional therapist and as a means to help with niggles and injuries at home. They have a range of products to suit all needs and are very open to suggestions for improving and expanding their range. The company is really good to deal with and I have never had anything but a positive experience from their products or customer service.

iPhone level build quality in a genuinely unique device offering a far more gentle and targeted form of vibration therapy
More gentle than big massage guns but. Often more potent as you can use tend literally anywhere it hurts Brillant around painful joints and tendons as well as typical sore muscle spots l. Also fantastic of area to sore to treat with standard massage guns etc.
Loved by my team of therapists. Most bought item in clinic by patients for home use. And my personal favourite way to treat my own sore bits.
Do it you won’t regret it

If at first you don't succeed, try again...
Updated review March 2026 - First the rough part: I had initially placed an order for a Tend Deep in August of 2025 and waited 2 months for an order that never actually shipped out. I emailed customer support 4 times from October 2nd - October 17th to find out where my order was, and each time they told me they would escalate my issue and contact their shipping & logistics and get back to me on order status and each time several days would go by and customer support never responded. I finally had to request a refund because the order didn't ever ship out.
Now to the better part: I started seeing ads for Tend on my social media in February 2026, and I decided to try one more time to order a Tend Deep. This time when I placed the order, it shipped out and was at my door in a week. So it seems like they finally got their logistics center working properly and are getting product out quickly and effectively. The Tend Deep was recommended by my physical therapist for chronic neck and shoulder tension and it works SO good. I'm glad that I tried one more time with the order because it's just that good of a product. So really 5 stars for the Tend Deep and 1 star taken away due to the previous issue with the first order.

Absolutely awful customer service can not even respond to an email with a half decent answer, been waiting for my Item for over a month now, supposedly arrived in Australia on the 28th Sept, 28 days after the order was placed we are now the 11/10/25 have asked if they are walking it across the country or sent it via Kangaroo, response Courier hasn't update the system well maybe speak to them to get a real answer, wanted the item for summer not winter.

10 days plus and no product or reply
I ordered this product on September 15. I got the order confirmation email. And nothing since. I emailed them at least a half a dozen times with no response. They send you to a Shop app to track your order and there’s nothing there other than the order receipt. gotta be the worst customer experience I’ve ever seen in my life. I would definitely stay away.

Do not purchase anything from this unprofessional company
Very unprofessional company I purchased the Tend Focus device but this did not help my condition as advertised so I returned it weeks ago under the 90 day guarantee, I’ve chased my refund up many times but keep getting told everytime by Kim Moll that it has been processed which it obviously hasn’t and I just keep getting fobbed off, so I have now had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to obtain my money back.

Fantastic Device and Great Results
Have been using this product now for a few months on my clients and myself and the results im seeing with muscles and knots relaxing, pain and tension easing and how good the clients feel after i remove the devices and this is only after 15-30 seconds of work with the device. I use the tend focus but i will definitely be adding tend deep and glide attachments to my toolkit very soon. And offerings for professional is great.

Game changer
My massage therapist used the Tend device on me during my session and it was an absolute game changer. It not only felt good but made my aches and pains feel much better to the point that I do not have them any longer. I love how small this device is as it makes it easy to carry and travel with. My tool did not work after 2 uses. I contacted the company to have the item replaced or returned, and the correspondence went cold and they still have not answered my emails after a week to figure out the next step.

Great customer service. Product is very intuitive but could be a bit stronger. Our larger and stronger athletes do not feel it as much as they could, but do report it tends to help.

I compete internationally in judo and had picked up a couple of injuries prior to competing. I used Tend to treat shoulder pain from an old injure aggravated by recent training.
I’ve also been using it for a new knee injury, it’s less harsh than a traditional massage gun and gives relief to the injury site. I would recommend!

Fast delivery. Fantastic tool for sports massage. Allows you to switch from hands to use tool when needed and back to hands. Very well made. With thought of how to hold in hand while in use. I'm not a great lover of tools. I love to feel with my hands. But this has enhanced my work. Love it.
