Ordered a Nike Elite backpack. It has been 5 days and no information or tracking progress whatsoever. I haven’t received a single email about my order.

Ordered racquets
Ordered racquets. Sent me the wrong ones. After many attempts I finally got through to the owner. Jean Michele. Promised me that within a week he would send me the two correct ones along with a return label to have me ship back the other ones. A week turned into a month. After numerous attempts to contact him, I finally got through. Again I was promised racquets would arrive in three days. Didn’t happen. Waited over a week more and got through after many more attempts. I told him if he didn’t have the racquets in the model I had originally ordered, I would take something he had from his current stock for my wife. He promised he would do that within three days if I did not get my original racquets. It’s been over a week and nothing. Now I can’t even get in touch with him or the store. Don’t understand why this is happening. Gave him every opportunity to make this right. Instead got a bunch of false promises and outright lies. I was made to feel that I was the one with the problem. What a scam. Stay far away from this store and website. The reply that was submitted subsequently from these scammers is utterly ridiculous. They have done this to more than just me. They did to my friend Mike as a matter of fact. The only aggression came from their end when I was pressing them to give me a date of shipment. I was willing to send both racquets back and get a refund. It was they that insisted on sending me two replacement racquets and then I was to send the wrong racquets back. Only when I discovered that none of this would happen due to numerous calls with no answer, I indeed sent them one final caustic message, ending with a FU. They waisted more than two months of my time. And yes I was a loyal customer in the past. If your so sorry, then why don’t you send me the racquets you promised. You’re using my expected and obvious reaction to get out of your promise. Good job.But it was before this idiot of an owner took over. And my friend Mike had to go to his credit card company to get his money back. He went through the same disgusting process. I will encourage Mike to write his awful experience on Trust Pilot also.

We sincerely apologize for the shipping error that occurred with your order. We fully acknowledge that mistake and recognize that resolving this matter took much longer than it should have.
That said, we believe it is important for readers to have the complete picture.
First, this was not your first purchase from Tennis ProSport. You had successfully placed several orders with us in the past, making it unfortunate that years of business between us are now being judged solely on this single transaction.
Your original order was for two used racquets, which are unique items and cannot always be replaced with identical ones. Due to our shipping error, you received one new racquet and one used racquet, with one being the wrong model. We acknowledged that mistake as soon as it was brought to our attention.
Throughout our discussions, several solutions were explored, including the possibility of replacing the original used racquets with brand-new models from our current inventory in an effort to resolve the matter as fairly as possible.
We also acknowledge that some of the delivery timelines we communicated were not met, and for that we sincerely apologize.
We would also like to point out that, as this matter progressed, the volume and tone of the communications became increasingly aggressive. We received repeated calls not only to our store but also to my personal cell phone, along with text messages containing inappropriate language. Out of respect for privacy and professionalism, we have chosen not to publish those private communications, although we have retained the complete record.
However, we cannot accept statements describing Tennis ProSport as a "scam" or suggesting that we intentionally deceived a customer. These are very serious allegations that do not reflect the documented facts or the complete history of this matter.
For many years, Tennis ProSport has proudly served thousands of tennis and pickleball players across Canada. We do not claim to be perfect. When we make a mistake, we acknowledge it and do everything we can to correct it with professionalism, fairness, and good faith.

I ordered a pair of men tennis shoes on…
I ordered a pair of men tennis shoes on 2026-05-21. They shipped me a pair of wrong model women tennis shoes. The worst part is that, the pair of shoes size I recived is not even the same. What a laught! They don't even response to my email.
Thank you Jean-Michel for shipping me the correct pair of shoes I ordered without extra charge. The shoes I received are in good shape. You have earned my trust. Best wishes to you!

We acknowledge that an error occurred with your original shipment. You initially received a pair of Prince women's tennis shoes (size 8.5) instead of the men's model you had ordered. We sincerely apologize for that mistake.
As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, we arranged an exchange, and our records confirm that you ultimately received the correct pair of men's tennis shoes.
We also apologize if our communication did not meet your expectations. Our goal is always to resolve any issue as quickly and fairly as possible, and we regret that this experience fell short of our usual standards.

Order never shipped, never refunded
I ordered a case of tennis balls and tennis strings, 5 days later I had no news from the website. I wrote an email and got no reply so I called a day later. An employee told me they had everything in stock and that they would ship my order later that day. They wrote back to me and told me they had no more of the tennis balls I ordered and offered me alternative tennis balls, I refused and asked for a refund. They told me they would take care of it quickly. Since then I wrote an email back asking for the refund, no news. I called and the employee told me the owner would refund me quickly later that day and that did not happen. I tried calling again two days later and nobody answered. I went directly to the shop that day and the employee there told me the boss told them to not answer the phone! She eventually gave me the owner (Jean-Michel) cellphone number, he refused my call but sent me a SMS asking me to send him a text message and told me that he would reply after his dinner. I texted him and he ignored my text, I sent him another text the day after and he did not answer me. I have not received the refund I was promised yet. I strongly advice anyone who thinks about ordering on this website to not do it, I spent way too much time chasing my refund and eventually disputed the charge with my credit card company.

First, I would like to sincerely apologize. The delays in processing your refund and the lack of communication you experienced were unacceptable. During that period, our company was going through significant internal challenges, and unfortunately our customer service suffered. As the owner, I take full responsibility for that.
That said, I believe it is also important to provide some context. This was not your first order with Tennis ProSport. You had previously placed multiple orders with us, and two of your three orders were completed successfully without any issues. Unfortunately, it was this third experience that did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide.
Since then, we have significantly improved our internal processes for order fulfillment, refunds, and customer communication to help ensure this situation is not repeated.
I completely understand your frustration. While this does not undo your experience, I want to personally apologize and thank you for having been a Tennis ProSport customer.

Ordered a pair of shoes after receiving numerous marketing emails. Received order confirmation and 2 weeks later no shipping info or delivery. Numerous unanswered emails. Next step is to cancel order with credit card company. Will not order from them again!

Fake and sham company
This as far as I can tell is a sham and fake website with no real business or company behind it.
Warning to anyone that tries to purchases through it to ensure they use paypal or a credit card as you will need to request your money back.
I placed 2 orders and awaited delivery - nothing
5 x emails - nothing
Scam - buyers beware!!
