Great product and great customer service felt with Anna from the tent box team and she was great very helpful

We ordered our tent box last week and we changed our mind close to our delivery date, we contacted tent box and they couldn’t be any more helpful if they tried! The process was really simple and I really didn’t have to do much on my end, Laimonas was brilliant in getting us sorted and nothing was too much for them to sort! We are extremely pleased in our end result and can’t wait for our tentbox to be delivered! I don’t think we’ve ever dealt with a customer service quite like tent box, an absolutely brilliant team who go above and beyond to help. We are so so happy we’ve chosen tent box

Jon has been a great help at the TenBox. I had a lot of questions regarding the different options. At the showroom it was easy to view and try out with no pressure!

Emily answered all my questions and even replied after office hours which I was very impressed with! Looking forward to getting out in the tentbox!

After making an accidental purchase on the tentbox website I panicked and contacted customer service straight away. Over the next few days the team were absolutely amazing and sorted everything for me ASAP. I’ve been saving for a tentbox for the past year but can’t afford it at the moment, and after my experience with the team I most definitely will go ahead and get one when I save enough. My anxiety is very bad and that’s why I want the tentbox to get out doors more. I’d like to thank Jon, Jen and Rhi for everything yous did to help me I’m beyond greatful 🙌🏻 yous kept me calm and stress free, I’ve never experienced that level of customer service so thank you.

I have no problems with tentbox, it was quick and easy to chose the proper tentbox, bars for my car and also any accessories for my Lite 2.0. The only issues was with DPD deliveries. They had no regard for my stuff, one delivery driver had a 2 minute break sitting on top of my £199 power station I was getting delivered before he just chapped once and dumped it at my door before I could answer. Other than that I highly recommend getting a tentbox, one of the best purchase I've made.

Ordered the 2.0 thermal kit for my tentbox. Due to it not fitting my 1.0 I had to cancel the order and was told to buy the new tentbox instead. Then bam Jon from tentbox sorted me out with one for the 1.0 saving the day! Glad for his help and professionalism! Much appreciated Jon!

I had some problems with mu setting ip and I contacted customer service who were very helpful, Gigi couldn't do enough to help

Super helpful (on a Sunday!) from customer support (thanks Saffron) which needed a bit of detail they were happy to dig into and come back to me on. Makes a big difference.

Jess and Kai in particular were super helpful. We've had brilliant service and support from Tent Box since buying our fantastic Cargo 2 last year. After sales support is great.
Highly recommended.

Bought kitchembox.Great product. Ridiculous prices for something we all know is made in China. Prices will sky rocket soon aswell with oil prices and cost of shipping etc from China. Don't buy if you are only going to use a few time a year.

We’ve got the Tentbox XL lite with the living pod and Tentbox 8 piece bundle with fitted sheets kitchen box. I’ve also got the power box. This was a great bundle we had our first holiday in it and work perfectly for a family of 4.

Kai en Jon hebben zich beide heel klantvriendelijk opgesteld. Geen moeite te veel om er voor te zorgen dat de bestelling goed zou verlopen .
Zonder dat ik het gevraagd had informeren of alles was goed gegaan. De bestelling traceren Dat waardeer ik heel erg dus een dikke 10 voor deze twee heren!
