Como no encontraba donde comprar Terramow en mi país, contacte con el servicio cliente quien me contesto rápidamente, y me dio la información necesaria.
El producto llego rápido y es exactamente lo que esperaba, muy fácil de instalar y de usar (sin cable, ni antena GPS RTK).
Mi césped es ahora limpio todos los días (solo me queda utilizar la desbrozadora para los bordes 1 vez al mes).
La APP funciona muy bien sin latencia. Y se actualiza regularmente (la APP y el robot cortacesped)

Ich habe mir am 5.9. einen TerraMow V1000 bestellt und keine 10 Tage später wurde er zugestellt. Aufbau und Einrichtung sind kinderleicht. Ich bin positiv überrascht, wie gut er Hindernisse wie Sandkiste, Garten, Kinderrutsche oder Trampolin erkennt. Auch freiliegende Erde beim Anlegen von neuem Rasen wird erkannt und zuverlässig umfahren (einstellbar in der App). Die App am iPhone ist der Wahnsinn – wer immer dafür verantwortlich ist, sollte eine Gehaltserhöhung bekommen. So eine gute App für einen Mähroboter hatte ich noch nie im Einsatz. Wir haben eine relativ große Wiese ohne Zaun und mit Gefälle an der Grundstücksgrenze, aber dank virtuellem Zaun alles kein Problem. Selbst Trittsteine mit 30 cm Durchmesser erkennt er und umfährt sie, wenn man das möchte. Ich bin schwer begeistert. Heute rüste ich noch zusätzlich eine SIM nach, da wir nicht am gesamten Grundstück eine lückenlose WLAN-Abdeckung haben, was das Gerät aber nicht stört. Danke TerraMow!

PS: Mein alter Mähroboter wird bereits verkauft, das Ding kommt definitiv für immer weg.

Über das Produkt kann ich noch nicht viel sagen, aber einen solch herausragenden Service, der sofort auf Anfragen reagiert, dankbar Kritik annimmt und versucht, Mängel schnellstmöglich zu beseitigen, erlebt man selten.
Ich habe den Eindruck, dass der Firma wirklich an einem guten Produkt und zufriedenen Kunden gelegen ist.

The robot navigates and cuts really well.

I was part of the beta tester program for the Terramow.
From start to finish, the experience was great!
Whenever I had issues or questions, they were quick to answer and provide suggestions! I had access to a dedicated developer for any technical problems and they were very supportive!
As for the actual mower, oh my oh my! This thing is amazing! It works like a charm and it's saving me so much time!
I can't recommend enough the company and its products! Keep up the amazing work!!!

This robotic lawn mower is the third that i have had. It is the first to use AI and is a game changer. My garden is complicated with 6 areas to mow. Terra has the technology to get to all six from its base station. I have programed it for when to operate. Now it just goes out and mows. Even does my slope.

Although it cut the lawn on its first go without me having to set anything, I have had to set lines for it to not go over( where it confused my overgrown borders with the grass) that work brilliantly and show it how to move from each lawn to the next so that it now does it all on its own. Support have been brilliant, especially as I took the bloke approach of not reading the instructions properly. The added bonus is that it self mulches but the cuttings are so small that you dont notice them.

TerraMow has been great to work with. They created an impressive piece of technology that cuts the grass quite beautifully.
The people who work for TerraMow have been equally fantastic! They listen to their customers and they take all feedback and when possible they try to implement it. Can't wait to see what they come out with next! Great job TerraMow!

This product is not only great and robust, but the Terramow team is very responsive to feedback. The app updates have my
Requests in it. Is also quiet and strong.

Site très fiable et expédition rapide. Excellente tondeuse robot (Terramow s1200) rapide à installer et qui fonctionne très bien sur un terrain complexe sur plusieurs niveaux avec une maison au milieu. Très bonne portée du signal. Elle est capable de monter des pentes qui sont compliquées à tondre avec une tondeuse traditionnelle. Je recommande vivement cette tondeuse robot qui est vraiment impressionnante. Le support Terramow est très réactif également.
