Ho preso una achatina fulica (lumaca gigante) bellissima!!! Pacco arrivato in pochi giorni e confezionato a regola d'arte in modo che la piccola nn avesse problemi.... Grazie!!!

Pessima esperienza
Incuriosito dalla mistery ho ordinato la versione Easy il 29 aprile, inizialmente il proprietario si è mostrato cordiale, quindi dopo qualche messaggio ho fatto il bonifico.
Attendo una settimana chiedendo quando verrà spedita così da organizzarmi con lo smartworking , mi ha risposto che appena partiva sarebbe arrivato il tracking.
Il giorno dopo ho scritto nuovamente e mi è stato risposto che stavano aspettando che gli animali stessero bene, ho pensato che mi stesse prendendo in giro, e ho iniziato ad essere più insistente, dopo qualche altro messaggio e dicendo espressamente che mi sentivo preso in giro mi ha detto che ha avuto ritardi con i fornitori. Arrivati al 14 maggio la spedizione è stata spedita con consegna il 15 non si sa come mai da Verona, probabilmente il giorno dopo la fiera, dal 15 siamo passati al 20 il pacco è stato perso e il proprietario continua ad insistere che a breve mi arriverà il messaggio da BRT con il codice per il ritiro. Alla ventesima chiamata a BRT finalmente lo hanno ritrovato e il pacco è arrivato il 22 maggio ovviamente l'animale è arrivato in fin di vita, il proprietario non risponde piu ai messaggi e con i 35€ che ho speso per la mistery mi è arrivato uno sling da 10€. Detto questo affidabile o meno non lo so.. ma sicuramente chi ci ha rimesso sono stati gli animali dentro la box, e cosa piu grave spediti non come animali vivi ma come accessori.
Si tratta di animali catturati e non allevati. Pessima esperienza, sconsiglio.

Professionalissimi.. ho ordinato una tarantola b.smithi a ottobre e mi è arrivata a casa in massima sicurezza, viva e vegeta.. per ogni consiglio c'è stato il sig. Samir che ad ogni messaggio mi ha risposto immediatamente, in modo educato e professionale, dandomi una bella mano data la mia prima esperienza con una migale.

Non pensavo che un esserino così piccolo mi appassionasse così tanto... W le mantidi!!! Samir bravissimo e ti segue in tutto. Consiglio. Ghost mi piace un sacco...tra l' altro non morde e non vola... Sta in mano volentieri

Two weeks ago I’ve ordered a jumping spider and a “kit” from this guys that was shipped on 29.04.2024 and today ( 07.05.2024 ) my jumping spider came out dead from the package! The spider was “packed” in a vial way too big for it, with a damp tissue on the walls and huge amount of empty space to bounce in when transported! It was stone cold when I’ve touched it! Most probably the poor thing died from the cold a day or two after it was shipped! There was no heating pack at all.
I’ve contacted Samir and he told me the best he can do is to offer me a 10% discount if I order a new jumping spider! I’ve told him that I won’t risk another dead pet and pointed out that there was no heating pack at all! He replied that the heating pack was not needed ( I’ve paid 3.99 euros extra for live stock packaging ) since temperatures in Italy were 20+ degrees. Then he offered 15 euro voucher if I ship my next order with UPS. I’ve told him that the only reasonable thing for me is to offer me a refund for the jumping spider, not a full refund, a refund for the spider! He refused! So that’s why you’re reading this!
I won’t even comment on the jumping spider “kit”! It is ridiculous. A plastic salad container with some coconut fibre in it, two pieces of moss and a plastic tweezers…. The lid is on top, where the spider is supposed to build its web, so you’ll destroy it every time you try and open the salad container … as I said - ridiculous!
The shipping was supposed to come in 4-5 days according to Samir, it took twice as much! TBH I can’t blame him for that! Things like that happens! The problem is not that I’ve had a bad experience with my delivery! The problem is that I’ve kept having a bad experience once I’ve contacted and later on confronted them!
So … long story short - think twice before order anything from this place and keep in mind that they seems to be total amateurs when it comes to packaging and shipping!
