What made my experience great was the structure and clarity of the strategy. The challenge provided actionable steps that I could immediately implement in my real estate business. The workbook was practical, not theoretical, and when followed, it produced results.

The team was responsive and supportive. They presented multiple financing options and different opportunities to make Inner Circle accessible, which showed flexibility and a genuine effort to help participants move forward. Although I ultimately chose not to join due to prioritizing capital allocation in my current projects, I appreciated the professionalism.

I also want to highlight that despite the deposit being labeled non-refundable.... That demonstrated integrity.

Overall, the company does well in providing structured education, clear strategy, and real implementation guidance for investors willing to execute.

She’s a scammer .. stay away

I highly recommend the investor circle to new and experienced investors. Everyone can use a mentor! Knowledge is infinite and real estate is always changing. What I love about inner circle cycle 7 (my cohort) is the community, the knowledge, the accountability, and all my prayer warriors and God loving people- that’s the community and coaches, mentors, & affiliates too!! It’s so bomb!! I’m just getting started. Can’t wait to review again after my 18 doors towards freedom!!

For years I've been looking for information on real estate . I came across Terrica Lynn Smith vedio on social media and was blown away by her powerful testimony how GOD brought her out of property into a life of real estate. Her trails and tests endurance has paid off to be a millionaire in real estate. That's all I needed to believe and see someone of color to give her program a try . So thankful I did .

The Property Challenge was filled with immense information that truly shifted my mindset around building generational wealth. Terrica and her team definitely has a heart for others and wants to see everyone succeed!

I took away a lot of information that helped me make an informed decision to take what I learned to the next level.

My experience has been adventurous and I haven’t taken, one flight, yet. I am so grateful to enter into this Circle named the Inner Circle ⭕️ of at least 318 Trained, Men & Woman. According to Genesis 14:14 “ When Abram heard that his relative had been taken captive, he called out the 318 trained men born in his household and went in pursuit as far as Dan”.

For Me, I was taken captive by this household of uncertainty, disappointment, overlooked, mistreated, disrespectful, exhausted and the list can go on, but Terrica came in and brought her “relatives” the entire Inner Circle ⭕️ and “we are now in pursuit as far as Lafayette”.

Their passion for real estate and commitment to our success were evident in the additional time they spent speaking life over us and answering all our questions. We laughed, cried, got “spicy” reality checks and finished stronger and more committed than when we started. I’m beyond grateful!
