Beware of Terrific travel company they


Beware of Terrific travel company they Overcharged for Umrah package and services were subpar. They booked cheaper flight to maximize their profit on check in I came to about no food would be served during journey when I asked Mr zeeshan he simply said sorry I forgot to update you.on very first stay in my hotel I wasn't being served with breakfast as per hotel receptionist company only booked room not meal then I contacted zeeshan he took. Whole day to sort it out I got breakfast next day.Hotel in madina being provided by company wasn't they promised during my pakg.when I complain he simply said sorry I'll check.Poor customer service,improfessional attitude and looters Wouldn't recommend for travel."

Terrific travels gave us the best Package and Services

Terrific travels gave us the best opportunity to perform Umrah.we have great experience.Hotels,Flights and taxi services were also incredible.we I was in peace of mind because everything was done by Terrific travels.I am so glad because they keep in touch with us even in Saudi Arabia if need any help.

Alhamdulliha this company I started using last 2 years ago been too so many umrah package trips with them there service is 1000% perfect from customer service too hotel,transport and everything I will be using them for all my future trips too inshallah I would definitely recommend all my freinds and family too use this company for all your family trips and holidays and most off all there prices are very competitive and affordable inshallah I'm travelling too the blessed land off masjid aqsa this week a package done by terrific travel and my lovely brother Hassnain may Allah give him good health, happiness and more barakah in his business

I have used Terrific Travel multiple times now, they never fail to disappoint! Always go above and beyond for me and ensure I have a stress free and peaceful journey/holiday. Not to forget, they always find the best prices on the market. Simply cannot go wrong.

Hasnain been very helpful & responsive


Hasnain been very helpful & responsive to all our queries throughout the booking process. In spite of all the changes to our travel plans, he made sure all our requests are dealt with in a timely manner & has been very cooperative & managed to find us a very decent package.
Absolutely recommend

Excellent communication

Terrific travel provided a very cost-efficient package that still had great hotels and all transport included as private transfers.

Their communication is excellent, always making sure things are going to plan, and helping when they don’t.

We had a minor hiccup during our travels, but I still gave 5 stars as they quickly rectified the situation without causing an issue.

Would certainly recommend for umrah package holidays.

The hotel in Makkah was very but the hotel in Medina was a disappointed to us when we arrived there. There was no fridge in the room and my friend was on the medication and needed to keep her medication in the fridge, I was communicating with one of the agencyby texting to complain about it to change the hotel for us since my friend is on medication but they ignore us. We were not happy at all.
